Trump threatens Iran with new strikes if talks fail : Trump says US warships are being reloaded with weaponry to strike Iran if talks in Pakistan fail to produce a deal.

Trump claims ceasefire deal with Iran a ‘total and complete victory’ for US : The United States had won a “total and complete victory” after agreeing a two-week ceasefire deal with Iran, US President Donald Trump said in an an interview with AFP news agency.

“Total and complete victory. 100 percent. No question about it,” Trump said in a brief telephone interview shortly after he announced the deal.

He also said that Iran’s stores of uranium would be “perfectly taken care of” under the ceasefire deal, while noting that China had helped to get Iran to negotiate with the US.

Trump, Iran agree to two-week ceasefire after threat of massive attacks

US President Donald Trump said he’d agreed to a two-week ceasefire with Iran on Tuesday, less than two hours before his 8 p.m. deadline to destroy a “whole civilisation.” Trump said agreement was made on the condition that Iran agree to reopen the critical Strait of Hormuz.

This will be a double sided CEASEFIRE!,” Trump posted on Truth Social.
