: Mudasir is a good friend of mine from South Kashmir, A shy, kind and intelligent Kashmir boy in his early thirties with pure South Kashmiri dilect. Mudasir Ahmad named as "Mudasir Bravo" by me for his daring attempts while rescuing wild animals and managing man animal conflicts in South Kashmir. I joined his team in some projects where in one case we rescued injured Bear cub, treated him at hospital and we were with this cub for full night waiting for his mother to come and it was only at morning next day that his mother came and took him back in deep forests while making big alarms and sounds as mother.
In one more daring case we got message that three recently born Leopard cubs are lying in grass inside cow shed in one village inside habitation. The owner spotted them while taking fodder for his livestock. He reported that mother Leopard jumped out of window. As we entered in Cowshed we found 3 newly born Leopard cubs but mother was nowhere. We waited in this cowshed till late night but mother Leopard did not came as there were some public arround. Then Bravo Mudasir had to wait this Leopard mother for full night. It was decided to tranquiliz her for carrying her along with 3 cubs to Daksun forest area, one of the beautiful natural habitats. It was daring attempt as Mudasir had to falsely sleep full night near Iron cage, kept for this female animal and this big cat came only at 4:30 am and checked Mudasir physically. Mudasir remained motionless and breathless in blanket for half a minute till she completed smelling and checking him and then she entered iron cage to feed her cubs there. This was daring and nerve charging point .Young Mudasir watched, as she finished milking, Mudasir targeted and she got Tranquilized. They were then carried to Daksun in two vehicles.
