Sub .- Humble Request to issue semi auto blood analyser and USG Machine to PHC Razloo kund
Respected sir ,we the people of kund valley are suffering lot of problems due to non availability of above cited subject instruments in PHC Razloo kund .the patients reporting in this hospital required Blood investigation and US G investigation are being referred to Kulgam or Qazigund ,in this PHC well qualified lab Tech is available ,but their sevices are not utilized properly due to non availability of Lab equipment , Digital x ray Machine installed in this hospital during the year 2024 but X ray Tech is availability only Two days in a Week ie Monday and Tuesday ,it is requested that xRay tech be also provide 24 hours ,being remote and hilly area x ray and lab facilities are essential in this hospital ,so that patients reporting to this hospital will get proper treatment after getting their investigations
It is humble request kindly make available of above lab equipment to this PHC on war basis so that patients will not suffer further for Lab and x ray investigations
