Congress Unit Shopian Holds Workers' Meeting at Reshipora Zainapora, Reaffirms Demand for Statehood
The Congress Unit Shopian organized a workers' meeting at Reshipora Zainapora under the banner "Hamari Riyasat Hamara Haq" to strengthen the party at the grassroots level and discuss issues concerning the people.
The meeting was attended by Observer Shopian Zaffar Salatia, District President Shabnam Jan, senior leader Advocate Basit Bhat, and a large number of party workers and supporters.
Speaking on the occasion, Zaffar Salatia emphasized the demand for the restoration of statehood to Jammu and Kashmir. He said, The people of Jammu and Kashmir deserve the restoration of their democratic rights. Congress will continue its struggle for the restoration of full statehood and protection of the rights and aspirations of the people.
Senior leader Advocate Basit Bhat highlighted the growing support for the party in Zainapora constituency. He said, Congress has a strong presence in Zainapora, and the enthusiasm among workers reflects the faith people have in the party. We are committed to further strengthening the organization and taking the voice of the people to every corner of the constituency.
The leaders urged party workers to remain united and intensify their outreach efforts to strengthen the organization and address public concerns effectively.
