I feel truly honored to have been felicitated with an award by the A.D.M. Pulwama and our esteemed Chairperson of Musuada Foundation and MF Productions, Mr. Umar Bhat, for my humble contribution towards this noble cause.

Dear friends,
Youth is the energy of any nation and the power of youth has an important contribution in the development of society and country. Therefore, it is very important that maximum number of youth join the drug free India campaign. Accepting this challenge of the country, today we unite under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan and take a pledge that not only the community, family, friends, but also ourselves will be drug free because change should start with ourselves.
So let us all together take a firm decision to make our Jammu and Kashmir drug-free.
I pledge that I will do everything possible to the best of my ability to make my country drug-free.

Extend Summer Vacation for School Children, Appeals Socio,Political Activist Taheen Farooq

Srinagar, July 17, 2024 : Taheen Farooq , a prominent socio-political activist has appealed to the Director of School Education to extend the summer vacation for school children in light of the ongoing heatwave and health concerns.

In his statement,Taheen Farooq emphasized the
importance of prioritizing the well-being of students during extreme weather conditions. He highlighted that the current heatwave poses significant health risks, especially to young children, and extending the vacation would help mitigate these risks.

"Children are more vulnerable to the adverse effects of extreme heat. Extending the summer vacation will not only protect their health but also ensure they can resume their studies in a safer and more conducive environment,"Taheen Farooq stated.
