With the blessings of Allah, Jamia Masjid Syed Abad Soiteng and Masjid Mustafa, in collaboration with other mosques, humbly announce that Nimaz-e-Eid will be offered at 8:30 AM at Soiteng Playground.

For the convenience of our sisters, separate arrangements have been made for women.

We kindly request everyone to arrive on time and observe discipline during the congregation.

Eid Mubarak to all! May this blessed occasion bring peace and happiness to everyone.

Extend Summer Vacation for School Children, Appeals Socio,Political Activist Taheen Farooq

Srinagar, July 17, 2024 : Taheen Farooq , a prominent socio-political activist has appealed to the Director of School Education to extend the summer vacation for school children in light of the ongoing heatwave and health concerns.

In his statement,Taheen Farooq emphasized the
importance of prioritizing the well-being of students during extreme weather conditions. He highlighted that the current heatwave poses significant health risks, especially to young children, and extending the vacation would help mitigate these risks.

"Children are more vulnerable to the adverse effects of extreme heat. Extending the summer vacation will not only protect their health but also ensure they can resume their studies in a safer and more conducive environment,"Taheen Farooq stated.
