Shahid afridi khan have applied for satellite Hifer unit of 20 heifer . chief animal Husbandry officer GANDERBAL have permitted him to purchase Quality heifer outside j and k ut .He purchased these animals from Punjab in lukhanpur kutwa the concerned vas has checked said animals and found fit for heifer unit and has provided permission from Dc kutwa .then they said beneficiary to transport these heifers from lukhanpor to jujarkutli Jammu.In jujerkutli cornedd police logged fir against driver being having valid permission later they released vehicle through court then again in tikri udhampur again fir has been logged .Now the victim is alone with his heifer unit and till now 5 animals died Now he is requesting Dc GANDERBAL, chief Animal Husbandry Gandebal please resuce me and also my heifers
