Press Release: Prominent Social Activist and Youth Leader Adil Qayoom Joins DPAP

Srinagar, April 13, 2023: Today, Adil Qayoom, a well-known social activist and youth leader from watchi Shopian has joined the Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) in the presence /under the well versed leadership Honble Chairman DPAP, Ghulam Nabi Azad, which has headed by Provincial President Kashmir,DPAP Mohammad Amin Bhat. The event was held in Srinagar and witnessed the participation of several prominent leaders of DPAP including Zonal President Central peer Bilal sahb, Senior DPAP leader Javeed Hakeem District President Mushtaq Khanday, Shabnam Shafeeq and Additional Spokesperson, Waseem Yaqoob were in all the participants have welcomed to Adil Qayoom for his joining in the party is a significant boost to the DPAP to strengthen its presence in the party , moreover during the occasion the Honble Chairman DPAP Jinab Ghulam Nabi Azad have also advised to Adil Qayoom to work hard for the betterment of the society under the DPAP banner as per the norms of DPAP on ground zero with his dedication

An IFTAR celebration was organized by the Rashtriya Rifles Company located at Pampore. Function was attended by Local Populace of all age category including several Civil Administration Officials and dignitaries like Mr Murrawat Mir & Mr Zubair Bhat. SDPO Pampore (Kadlabal) with police pers were also present for this auspicious program. Sarpanchs, Muqdams, youth and local population of nearby villages participated with full zeal & vigour where soldiers including Officers also carried out Maghrib Prayer and prayed for National Harmony and AWAM's Prosperity. The locals claimed that In conjunction to the national aim of peace the Indian Army has fostered brotherhood with the "AWAM" thereby providing a conducive environment in Kashmir for all forms of development.

As per the directions of Honble Provincial President DPAP Kashmir Mr Mohammad Amin Bhat to Senior DPAP Leader Mr Javeed Ahmad Hakeem for the immediate visit to Shalamachi Yarikha Nandimarg Damhaal Hanjipora District Kulgam were in naturally landsliding were imposed on 3 shops and 2 houses of 1,Fayaz Ahmad Hajam S/O Ali Mohd Hajam, 2,Abdul Majeed Hajam S/O Gh Mohd Hajam Residents/O Shalamachi Yarikha and their houses and shops are fully damaged and their families have badly affected ,therefore the Honble Chairman DPAP/Former CM of J&K Jinab Ghulam Nabi Azaad and Provincial President DPAP/Ex-MLA Mr Mohammad Amin Bhat has been humblly requested for their personal intervention to take up the issue with District Administration of Kulgaam for immediate relief and rehabilitation to the landslide victams on compassionate grounds and also address the issue of damaged water supply main line and main road for its restoration to the Damhaal Hanjipora and its adjoining area which has been affected recently,so that the people of the area will feel a sigh of relief.
