I Umer Rehman, Senior BJP Leader, extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha Ji, for fulfilling a long-standing demand of the people of Ompora Budgam by issuing the long-pending e-tender for the development of the field at Ompora, Budgam.

For years, the people of Ompora Budgam were awaiting this vital step, and today their aspirations have finally been realized. The e-tender, valued at ₹149.617 lakh, is a significant milestone in our mission to ensure better infrastructure and opportunities for the youth of Ompora Budgam.

This initiative reflects the visionary leadership of the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji and the dynamic governance of Shri Manoj Sinha Ji, who are committed to ensuring equitable development and creating avenues of growth across Jammu & Kashmir.

District Administration Srinagar has reported that due to a reported breach at Shalina, Budgam, As a preemptive & precautionary measure, residents of Lasjan, Soiteng, Nowgam, Vyethpora, Golpora, Padshahibagh, Mehjoornagar are advised to evacuate these areas and move to safer places. Detailed order of the designated nodal officers of various relief Centers and overall Nodal officers of District administration & SMC are placed below for any assistance needed.
