جموں کشمیر بورڈ آف سکول ایجوکیشن کے بورڈ آف گورنرس کی میٹنگ آج جموں میں منعقد ہوئی جس دوران سیکریٹری تعلیم فاروق احمد شاہ اور بورڑ آف سکول ایجوکیشن کی چیر پرسن وینا پنڈتا نے ناظم تعلیم کشمیر ڈاکٹر جی این ایتو اور گورننگ بورڑ کے دیگر ممبران کی موجودگی میں بورڈ آف سکول ایجوکیشن کی سرگرمیوں سمیت کئی انتظامی اور تدریسی معاملات کا جائزہ لیا۔ میٹنگ میں اس بات پر مسرت کا اظہار کیا گیا کہ وزیر تعلیم سید محمد الطاف بخاری اور سیکریٹری تعلیم فاروق احمد شاہ کی کاوشوں کی بدولت گورننگ بورڈکا قیام عمل میں لایا گیا جس کی بدولت ریاست میں بورڈ آف سکول ایجوکیشن کی سرگرمیوں کو مزید موثر اور فعال بنانے میں مدد مل سکے گی۔ واضح رہے کہ حال ہی میں محکمہ تعلیم کے اعلیٰ سربراہان کی ہدایات کے تحت پانچ سال کے وقفے کے بعد گورننگ بورڈکا قیام عمل میں لایا گیا۔ میٹنگ میں بورڈ آف سکول ایجوکیشن کی کارکردگی پر بھی اطمینان کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے بورڈ کی سرگرمیوں کو مزید فعال بنانے کی غرض سے کئی تجاویز پیش کی گئیں جن کو عملانے سے بورڈ موجودہ تقاضوں کے عین مطابق سرگرداں رہنے میں کامیاب ہو پائے گا۔
میٹنگ کے دوران ڈائریکٹر سکول ایجوکیشن کشمیر ڈاکٹر جی این ایتونے بھی کئی اقدامات کئے جانے کے حوالے سے ممبران کو آگاہ کیا ، اس موقعے پرڈائریکٹر ایکیڈمکس BOSE ڈاکٹر فاروق احمد پیراورپرائیویٹ سکول ایسوسی سیشن کے صدرجی این وارنے بھی کئی تجاویز پیش کیں۔میٹنگ میں جموں اور کشمیر یونیورسٹیوں کے کئی ممبران اوردیگر افسران نے بھی شرکت کی۔

ایک مضبوط تعلیمی نظام ایک مضبوط قوم کی ضمانت ہے اورتعلیم ہی انسان کا بنیادی زیور ہے۔ ان باتوں کا اظہار آج سیکریٹری تعلیم فاروق احمد شاہ نے تعلیم کے بین الاقوامی دن کے موقعے پر ریاست کے طالب علموں سے مارننگ اسمبلی کے دوران ٹیلی رابطے کی وساطت سے مخاطب ہوکر کیا۔ سیکریٹری تعلیم نے گرلز ہائر سیکنڈری سکول امیرا کدل میں منعقدہ مارننگ اسمبلی کے دوران ایک غیر معمولی تقریب سے مخاطب ہوکرکہا کہ مرد کی تعلیم ایک فرد کی تعلیم ہے جبکہ ایک عورت کی تعلیم پورے خاندان کی تعلیم ہے۔انہوں نے ریاست جموں و کشمیر کی تعلیمی تاریخ کا ذکر کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ جموں کشمیر کو سینکڑوں سال پہلے تعلیم کے میدان میں نمایاں خصوصیات کی وجہ سے جانا جاتا تھااس لئے ہماری کوشش ہونی چاہیے کہ ہم اُس سنہرے دور کو واپس لائیں۔ سیکریٹری موصوف نے کہا کہ تعلیم کے حدود زمین سے لے کر سماء تک ہیں اس لئے ہمیں تعلیم کے میدان میں بہترین کارکردگی کا مظاہرہ کرنا چاہیے ،چاہے وہ آرٹس مضمون ہو یا سائنس ۔ انہوں نے طالب علموں سے اپیل کی کہ وہ ریاست کی تاریخی روایات کو برقرار رکھتے ہوئے تعلیم کی طرف پوری توجہ دیں ۔ تعلیم کے بین الاقوامی دن کے موقعے پر ریاست کی اساتذہ برادری سے اپیل کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سب کو تعلیم کو عبادت سمجھ کر بچوں کو بہتر انسان بنانے کی کوششوں میں جُٹ جانا چاہیے کیونکہ ہم سب کی خوشی کے رازاسی میں پنہاں ہیں۔
اسی دوران ناظم تعلیم کشمیر ڈاکٹر جی این ایتو نے تعلیم کے بین الاقوامی دن کے موقعے پر طلباء کے تئیں نیک خواہشات کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ تعلیم ہی وہ آلہ ہے جس کی مدد سے ہم مشکل سے مشکل سمندر کو پار کرسکتے ہیں اور کٹھن سے کٹھن پہاڑ کو سر کرسکتے ہیں۔انہوں نے کہا کہ موجودہ دور میں تعلیم کے حوالے سے سب سے بڑا چیلینج جدید تعلیم ، انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی اور اخلاقیات کے درمیان توازن کو برقرار رکھنا ہے۔جس کے لئے محکمہ تعلیم کوشاں ہے کہ وہ ہر مرحلے پر طالب علموں کی رہنمائی کی جائے۔ انہوں نے اس سلسلے میں اساتذہ برادری سے تعاون کئے جانے کی اپیل کی ہے۔
اسی دوران ناظم تعلیم جموں راکیش کمارنے بھی آج کے موقعے پہ کئی تقریبات میں حصہ لیتے ہوئے طلباء کے تئیں نیک خواہشات کا اظہار کیا ہے۔
گرلز ہائر سیکنڈری سکول امیراکدل کی طالبات سے جہاں سیکریٹری تعلیم ٹیلی رابطے کے ذریعے مخاطب ہوئے وہیں گرلز ہائر سیکنڈری سکول کوٹھی باغ میں اس سلسلے میں ایک تقریب کا اہتمام کیا گیا جہاں اُن چار سو سے زائد بینائی میں کمزور طالب علموں کومفت عینک تقسیم کئے گئے جن کا بینائی سے متعلق معائنہ پہلے ہی کیا گیا تھا۔تقریب کا اہتمام چیف ایجوکیشن آفیسرسرینگر کی SSAوِنگ نے کیا تھا جس دوران ڈپٹی چیف ایجوکیشن آفیسر سرینگر مدثر کلیم فاضلی، او ایس ڈی کلچرل ایجوکیشن وِنگ جی این شاکر ، میڈیا کارڈی نیٹر ایجوکیشن فیاض احمد فیاضؔ اورانچارج SSAسرینگرشوکت حسین نے طالب علموں میں مفت عینک تقسیم کئے۔
تعلیم کے بین الاقوامی دن کے سلسلے میں جہاں ریاست کے سکولوں میں مارننگ اسمبلی کے دوران خصوصی پروگراموں کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔ وہیں اس سلسلے میں دن بھر کئی تقریبات منعقد ہوئیں۔گرلز ہائر سیکنڈری سکول امیراکدل میں منعقدہ مارننگ اسمبلی پروگرام کے دوران سکول کی پرنسپل عفیفہ عشائی نے سکول میں مختلف زُمروں کے تحت نمایاں کارکردگی کا مظاہرہ کرنے والی طالبات کو اسناد سے نوازا۔ سٹیٹ میڈیا سینٹر ایجوکیشن کودیر شام تک موصولہ اطلاعات کے مطابق گرلز ہائر سیکنڈری سکول راجباغ، بائز ہائر سیکنڈری سکول بٹہ مالو، گرلز ہائی سکول کھنہ بل اننت ناگ، گرلز ہائر سیکنڈری سکول کوٹھی باغ، بائز ہائر سیکنڈری سکول جواہر نگر، ماڈل ہائر سیکنڈری سکول ڈورو، گرلز ہائر سیکنڈری سکول نُنر گاندربل، گرلز ہائر سیکنڈری سکول کپواڑہ میں بھی اس سلسلے میں تقریبات کا انعقاد ہوا۔
اس کے علاوہ ریاست کے گاندر بل ، بڈگام، اننت ناگ کے دیگرکئی سکولوں اور رام بن،جموں، کرگل اور لیہہ میں بھی کئی پروگراموں کے دوران طالب علموں کو تعلیم کی اہمیت و افادیت سے روشناس کرایا گیا۔

DSEK kick starts plantation drive

Srinagar, Mar 19: Director school Education Kashmir Dr. G N Itoo on Monday presided over the event organised to promote plantation drive and facilitate adoption of Government Boys Middle School Kathidarwaza by Navkriti, a Delhi based NGO.

The Head of News DDK Srinagar Salman Qazi and Chief Education Officer Srinagar Farooq Ahmad were Guest of Honour during the function.

The event was organised by Zonal Education Officer, Zone Rainawari Shaista Masarat and her subordinate teachers to highlight importance of trees in our lives at Badam Vaèr on the foothills of Kohimaran in Rainawari, Srinagar.

Dr Itoo on the occasion said that the DSEK was observing cleanliness week and during this period there will be plantation drives, debates and discussions on cleanliness followed by involving local communities around the school and sensitising them about the cleaner and greener environment.

He thanked Minister of Education Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari for facilitating grant of budget three times more what used to be allocated in past and assured that with these funds infrastructure will be upgraded in schools across valley.

Dr Itoo said that the 2018 year should be remembered as golden year in the near future infrastructure wise adding that they will first built walls, conveniences and other necessary infrastructure at girls schools which will be followed by boys schools.

The Director Education also promised to hold separate spring festival and other events in open to provide exposure to the students.

Incharge News DDK Srinagar Salman Qazi highlighted the importance of education in our lives and stressed on students to take extra care of their studies besides involving themselves in extra curricular activities.

On the occassion President Navkriti Foundation an NGO Rajiv Kumar adopted Government Boys Middle school and vowed to provide students every help including stationery items and computer systems in the coming months.

During the proceedings of the event as many as 11 cultural programmes were performed by school kids highlighting importance of trees in our lives and each one of these groups were promised to be awarded with thousand rupees by Director Education.

Later Dr Itoo initiated plantation drive at Government Boys Middle School Kathidarwaza to promote plantation of more trees for physical and mental wellness.

The audiences included Principals, Headmasters, teachers and other students of various schools of Srinagar and other adjoining areas.

Worthy Secretary Education Farooq Ahmad Shah and Director School Education Dr. G.N. Itoo today along with hundreds of students visited One Day Flower Exhibition at Floriculture Mandi Rajbagh organized by the Department of Floriculture. On the occasion Secretary Education said that on one hand, for the effective teaching learning process there should be convenient environment in the schools, on the other hand the introduction of Herbal Gardens in the Schools will also help in the cause and also the fragrance of flowers will add to the healthy development of students.

Speaking about the scheme of Herbal Gardens in the schools, Secretary Education directed all those Head of the Institutions where there is availability of land for the development of herbal gardens in their schools to take necessary steps in this regard. He said herbal gardens and the cultivation of flowers will make the environment clean in the schools. He added that we brought our students today here to develop interest in them to cultivate flowers.

On the occasion Secretary Education and Director School Education Kashmir visited stalls presented by registered gardeners of Srinagar, Budgam, Ganderbal, Baramulla and other districts. They along with students obtained knowledge about different flowers displayed on the occasion.

It is pertinent to mention here that Secretary Education and Director School Education Kashmir were accompanied by the students and Head of the Institutions of GHSS Amira Kadal and BHSS Jawahar Nagar and many other senior officers of the Department.(SMCE)

طلباء کو موئثر درس و تدریس فراہم کرنے کے لئے انتظامیہ سمیت تدریسی عملے کو خصوصی ہدایات جاری۔۔۔

بڈگام۱۶مارچ ۲۰۱۸:

سیکریٹری تعلیم فاروق احمد شاہ نے آج جموں سے روانہ ہونے کے بعد سرینگر ہوائی اڈے سے براہ راست ضلع بڈگام کا رُخ کیا اور وہاں ناظم تعلیم کشمیر ڈاکٹر جی این ایتو اور ضلع بڈگام کے تمام سکولی سربراہان اور سکولی انتظامیہ کے افسران کی ایک کانفرنس میں ضلعے کے تعلیمی سرگرمیوں کا جائزہ لیا۔
انہوں نے جائزہ میٹنگ کے دوران تمام سکولی سربراہان کو ۲۰ مارچ سے سکولوں میں صفائی ہفتہ منائے جانے کو صد فیصد یقینی بنانے کے لئے تمام انتظامات مکمل کرنے کی ہدایات جاری کیں۔ سیکریٹری تعلیم نے کہا کہ اس مہم سے جہاں سکولوں میں صفائی ستھرائی یقینی بن جائے گی وہیں طالب علموں میں صفائی ستھرائی اور کوڑا کرکٹ کو ٹھکانے لگانے کا شعور پیدا ہوگا۔ انہوں نے تمام تدریسی عملے کو سکولوں میں طالب علموں کو بہتر درس و تدریس کے مواقع بہم رکھنے اور مقررہ وقت کے اندر سیلبس کی تکمیل کو یقینی بنانے کی ہدایات جاری کیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ جہاں طالب علموں کے لئے درس وتدریس کی سرگرمیاں ضروری ہیں وہیں اُنہیں کھیل کود کے بہتر مواقع فراہم کرنے کی متعلقین کو ہدایات جاری کیں۔
سیکریٹری تعلیم نے زور دے کر کہا کہ سکولوں میں طالب علموں کی صد فیصد حاضری کو یقینی بنانے کے لئے تدریسی عملے کو متحرک رہنے کی ہدایات جاری کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ۶۶ فیصد سے کم حاضری کے حامل طلباء کو امتحانات میں شامل ہونے کی اجازت نہیں دی جائے گی۔
ناظم تعلیم کشمیر ڈاکٹر جی این ایتو نے کانفرنس کے دوران سیکریٹری موصوف کو ضلعے میں سکولوں کے بنیادی ڈھانچے کو مستحکم کرنے ، طالب علموں کی صدفیصد حاضری کویقینی بنانے ، طلباء کی کھیل سرگرمیوں ، طلباء کو مفت وردیاں اور کتابیں فراہم کرنے اور ضلعے میں تدریسی عملے کو تربیت فراہم کرنے کے سلسلے میں مفصل جانکاری فراہم کی۔
ضلعے میں سکولی عمارات کی تعمیری سرگرمیوں کا جائزہ لیتے ہوئے سیکریٹری تعلیم نے متعلقہ ایجنسیوں کو سکولی عمارات کی تعمیر کا کام مقررہ وقت کے اندر اندر مکمل کرنے کی ہدایات جاری کیں۔
اسی دوران انہوں نے ضلعے میں گُجر بکروال ہوسٹل کی سرگرمیوں کا جائزہ لیا۔ انہوں نے ہدایات جاری کیں کہ سکولوں میں مورننگ اسمبلی کے دوران طالب علموں کو اخلاقی تعلیم فراہم کئے جانے کے لئے تدریسی عملے کو خصوصی ہدایات جاری کیں۔ اس ضمن میں ناظم تعلیم کشمیر ڈاکٹر ایتو نے سیکریٹری تعلیم کو جانکاری دی کہ اس سلسلے میں سکولی سربراہان کو اقدامات کرنے کے لئے سیشن شروع ہونے سے قبل ہی ہدایات جاری کی گئی ہیں۔
ضلعے میں تعلیمی منظر نامے کو پیش کرتے ہوئے ضلع ترقیاتی کمشنر بڈگام محمد ہارون ملک نے سیکریٹری تعلیم کی نوٹس میں کئی معاملات لائے۔ انہوں نے جہاں دیگر سرگرمیوں کا ذکر کیا وہیں انہوں نے ضلعے میں خواندگی شرح میں اضافہ کئے جانے کے حوالے سے خصوصی اقدامات کئے جانے کا مشورہ دیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ جہاں ضلع بڈگام سیاحت سمیت کئی خوبیوں کی وجہ سے جانا جاتا ہے وہیں یہ ضلعہ ثقافتی اعتبار سے مالامال ہے ۔
کانفرنس میں ضلعے کے تمام سکولی سربراہان، انتظامیہ سے وابستہ افسران اور دیگر متعلقین بھی موجود تھے۔

As per the instructions by Honourable Minister for Finance and Education, Syed Muhammad Altaf Bukhari, Gujjar and Bakerwal Hostels of the State will be converted into residential schools. All the concerned have been given necessary instructions in this regard. In the same context, quoting the instructions from Minister for Finance and Education, Secretary Education Farooq Ahmad Shah after a meeting with Secretary Tribal Affairs, Salma Hameed in Civil Secretariat Jammu said that the Gujjar and Bakerwal Hostels in the State will be converted into residential schools. He said that Director School Education Kashmir, Director School Education Jammu, Director Tribal Affairs Jammu and Kashmir, Secretary State Advisory Board for Development of Gujjar and Bakerwal shall coordinate with each other and get a survey conducted to workout feasibility of opening of these residential schools and submit a report within 60 days. He said that Department shall provide necessary faculty to EKLAYA Model Residential Schools in District Kulgam and District Anantnag during 2018-19 session. Secretary Education said that these residential schools shall be monitored by concerned Principal DIETs.

Secretary Tribal Affairs Salma Hameed presented details about the conversion of Gujjar and Bakerwal Hostels into residential schools. The meeting was also attended by Joint Director Planning Javaid Iqbal Mattoo, Deputy Secretary Tribal Affairs Vivek Modi and many other officers.

Secretary Education Farooq Ahmad Shah also inspected many examination centres for the conduct of Annual Examination for Class 12th in Jammu and took stock of the facilities being provided to the students. He said that during many high level meetings necessary instructions for the smooth conduct of examinations have been given. He said that during the examination no other activity shall be allowed in the examination centres and apart from students appearing in the examination and supervisory staff no other person shall be allowed to be in the centre. He directed the supervisory staff to strictly adhere to the set norms.(SMCE)

Secretary Education Farooq Ahmad Shah has said that during the winter vacations more than 1 lakh students participated with great enthusiasm in 901 Winter Camps established by the Department. He said that this is very much evident by the models which were presented today on Divisional Level Model Exhibition. Congratulating all the participants from Baramulla, Kupwara, Ganderbal, Srinagar and other districts of the Division for preparing these models, Secretary Education said that to develop interest in studies these types of events and activities will continue in future as well. 3600 teachers were engaged for the purpose. He said that students from 1st to 8th standard were given free coaching in these winter camps. He said that all the sections of the society should encourage these students who participate in these types of events and activities.

Secretary Education expressed these views today on the prize distribution ceremony of the Divisional Level Model exhibition in which he was the Chief Guest.

Speaking in his welcome address, incharge of Winter Camps and Joint Director Central Abid Hussain highlighted many activities being carried out during these winter camps.

Director School Education Kashmir, Dr. G.N. Itoo in his speech said that the Department will provide every possible assistance to the students to develop scientific temperament and harness their potential in preparing these models. He said a total of 72 selected models were presented today in this exhibition which were selected after the District Level Competitions.

A total of 72 selected models from all the Districts were displayed in the Divisional Level Model Exhibition organized by Directorate of School Education Kashmir. Among the participants State Media centre observed some deaf and dumb students among which was one 7thclass student, Zeeshan Shabir from Middle School Litter Pulwama who had an exceptional ability of preparing the live sketches of the face of the persons.
