We, the residents of DD Bagh, Badamwari, Hawal, are writing to you with a grave concern regarding the construction of the dispensary in our area. It has come to our attention that the contractor responsible for the construction has engaged in highly unethical practices, jeopardizing the safety and integrity of the structure.

Our community has witnessed firsthand the blatant disregard for quality and safety standards exhibited by the contractor. The materials used in the construction are of substandard quality, posing a significant risk to the safety of both the patients and the medical staff who will eventually occupy the dispensary. Furthermore, the contractor's exploitative treatment of laborers has led to unrest among the workers, culminating in a confrontation today.

We fear that if immediate action is not taken, the consequences could be dire. It is imperative that this matter be thoroughly investigated, and the responsible parties held accountable for their actions. We demand that the contractor in question be blacklisted for his corrupt behavior, and an inquiry be initiated to determine the extent of the violations and to ensure that justice is served.

The safety and well-being of our community are at stake, and we implore you to take swift and decisive action in addressing this matter.
