The residents of Sardab Tulail and nearly five adjoining villages have been reeling under a severe power crisis for the past one week, as electricity supply remains completely disrupted. Despite repeated appeals to the concerned authorities, no concrete steps have been taken to restore the power supply, leaving the population in darkness and distress.

The prolonged outage has caused immense difficulties to the locals, particularly students preparing for exams, patients requiring medical support, and families struggling with basic daily needs. Community representatives have urged the Power Development Department (PDD) and the district administration to take immediate action to restore electricity and provide permanent relief measures to prevent such crises in the future.

The people have warned that if the situation continues, they may be forced to stage peaceful protests to draw the attention of higher authorities. Cni
