: A cloudburst was reported in the Chatroo area of Kishtwar district at around 2:30 a.m. during the early morning hours.

Several vehicles are believed to have been washed away, and property damage has also been reported. The exact extent of the damage is still being assessed.

Fortunately, no loss of life or injuries have been reported.

Meanwhile, the Chatroo–Kishtwar National Highway has been closed for vehicular movement following the incident.
