Green Mobility E Rickshaw vehicle dealers held a meeting today at Himalayan Motors Tengpora Sgr.
The meeting was chaired by President Green Mobility E Vehicle Mr Naseer, Vice President Mr Shakir Ahmed ( SR Enterprises), Gen. Secretary Dr Mehboob Ali ( Total E Vehicle leads).
Some important issues were discussed which are faced by E Rickshaw drivers on day to day basis.
1. E rickshaw drivers are not allowed to ply their vehicles in the city and are harassed almost everywhere due to which business is almost being affected badly.
2. Despite giving a sigh of relief to the public, the E Rickshaw services are continuously being hampered by some miscreants. We urge honourable L.G, SSP traffic and R.T.O to take action against the obstructors.
We request all the concerned authorities to ensure hassle free movement of E Rickshaws in the city, as for many this is the sole source of income and many have taken loans to purchase the same and failure to make loan payments could result in their vehicles being seized by the banks.
We request L.G Manoj Sinha to seek intervention in the matter
