Hardik Patel સામે Reshma Patel એ બાંયો ચડાવી!


Reshma Patel, once a close associate of Hardik Patel and now BJP MLA from Viramgam, has accused him of betraying the Patidar community.
She claimed Hardik sold the Patidar movement to Congress, made secret deals with BJP and Congress, and earned crores of rupees by selling tickets.
Ten years ago, Patidars in Gujarat protested on the streets demanding reservations. A decade later, the leaders of that movement are now divided across political parties. Once united, they are today openly criticising each other, using their past knowledge to attack one another.
Recently, Hardik Patel made posts on social media for two consecutive days. On the first day he wrote, "We are quiet, not saints. If you have doubts in your mind, remove them." On the second day he wrote, These days some people are so free that they find news from anywhere. Now one can't even post thoughts on Instagram.

સુરતની એડિશનલ ચીફ જ્યુડિશિયલ મેજિસ્ટ્રેટ કોર્ટે 26 સપ્ટેમ્બર 2025ના રોજ ગોડાદરા (ગામ)ની જમીન કૌભાંડના કેસમાં ભાજપના કરંજ ધારાસભ્ય પ્રવીણ મનજી ઘોઘારી વિરુદ્ધ CID ક્રાઇમની ‘C-સમરી’ (કેસ બંધ કરવાની અરજી) નકારી કાઢી છે. કોર્ટે આરોપી વિરુદ્ધ વધુ ઊંડી તપાસનો આદેશ આપ્યો છે. વર્ષ 2017માં ઉષાબેન ગોપાળભાઈ લાડનાવાળાએ લિંબાયત પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં FIR નોંધાવી હતી. જેમાં આરોપ હતો કે ગોડાદરા ગામના બ્લોક નં. 139માં 15,579 ચો.મી. જમીનમાંથી 6,604 ચો.મી. વનવહેંચાયેલી જમીનનું બોગસ દસ્તાવેજો (કુલમુખત્યારનામા, એફિડેવિટ, સાટાખત) વડે વેચાણ કરવામાં આવી છે. જેમાં કુલ 14 આરોપીઓ હતાં, જેમાં પ્રવીણ ઘોઘારી, શાંતિલાલ મદનલાલ શાહ, ઈશ્વરભાઈ કલ્યાણભાઈ લાડ વગેરે સામેલ હતાં. તેઓએ સાઠગાંઠથી કાવતરું ઘડ્યું હોવાનો આક્ષેપ છે. જેમાં પુરાવાઓનો અભાવ અને અન્ય દલીલો અસરકાર ન હતી. આ દલીલોથી કોર્ટે C-સમરી રદ્દ કરી અને નવી તપાસનો માર્ગ ખોલ્યો.
