"It’s rarely about price. It’s almost always about perception."

What truly matters is this:
👉 Is your message reaching the customer exactly the way you intend it to?

Recently, we made Richa AI completely free.

The immediate assumption?
“Of course user numbers went up — it’s free now.”

But when we dug deeper into the data, the story was very different.
📊 The biggest growth wasn’t in India.
📊 The percentage increase was significantly higher in international markets.
📊 And interestingly, we started attracting more high-value users than before.

So what really changed?

**Big Shift. Bigger Opportunity. 🚀**

Today marks an important transition for us.

With *Richa AI Pack now free*, our role is no longer just about selling a product — it’s about **guiding businesses through their AI-driven revenue journey**.

And with that, comes a change in identity.

➡️ Channel Partners will now be known as **AI Revenue Consultants**
➡️ BDEs / Sales Managers will now be known as **AI Revenue Specialists**

Because what we do is no longer transactional — it’s **transformational**.

Our core responsibility is simple (yet powerful):
👉 Help business owners build their AI Sales Agents

Today morning felt… different.
A very different month-end.
In the last 24 years, I’ve worked closely with multiple sales teams. Month-ends usually mean pressure, follow-ups, last-minute pushes, and nervous energy.
But today is the 29th — and there’s nothing to chase.
No panic.
No pressure.
No “just one more deal” calls.
Why?
Because every single person in the sales team has already achieved their target.
This is what happens when sales is planned in advance.
When targets are clear, fixed, and non-negotiable (In fact that are same since months and there is no increment in targets on achieving).
When people know exactly what number they’re running after — month after month.
That number becomes part of their DNA.
Not a surprise at month-end/not at start of next-month as well 😊
Not something that changes mid-way.
Sales doesn’t improve with pressure.
Sales improves with clarity, consistency, and trust.
This month-end reminded me of one simple truth:
👉 A calm sales floor is often the sign of a strong system.

Today, I lost a game of chess to my son — for the first time. ♟️

And honestly, I couldn’t be happier.

That final move on the board represents much more than a win or a loss.
It’s about learning, patience, and the joy of seeing the next generation think sharper, plan better, and play with confidence.

As parents and leaders, we often focus on teaching.

Good morning everyone 🌞

Had a deeply emotional and meaningful conversation today with our Nagpur Channel Partner. One line he shared truly stayed with me.

In his words:

“I was running a good, consistent business, but I always hoped for something futuristic—because traditional businesses can shut down anytime due to AI. Then Richa happened. I believe it was my past good karmas that God gave me this opportunity. I give my 110% every single day, because if I don’t, I feel I’m breaching God’s trust. Out of billions of people in India, God chose me to be associated with Richa.”

The easiest sale is the one you didn’t have to make.

Every Sunday, I have a ritual: Tea with our Surat channel partner. It’s that sacred time when professional boundaries blur into personal friendship.

But this Sunday(today), he was buzzing with excitement. He had a story that gave me goosebumps.

He came across an ad of opening of a new EV store in the town and he contacted them, scheduled the appointment. (He has a practice of reading the ads in newspaper and not the news - that is the best lead as per him - Gold thought as per me).

He reached to the store and handed his business card to the store owner. The card had a photo of our product, Richa AI.

Suddenly, the owner stood up. "I needed to meet you," the owner said, staring at the card. "Richa has been on my mind all morning."

Our Channel Partner was confused. "How?"

The owner explained: "I was just interviewing a candidate for a Social Media Manager role. She told me she could generate leads for my business, but the best combination is leads along with Richa AI who calls the leads in the golden minutes which she was using at her last company."

She spent 20 minutes of her job interview advocating Richa AI. She explained every feature. She told him it was India’s first AI Sales Agent. She essentially sold the product before our Channel partner even walked in the door.

The result?

✅ The Channel Partner: Closed the sale instantly.

✅ The Candidate: Got the job (smart move!).

✅ The Owner: Got a NextGen product and a great employee.

It was a true Win-Win-Win.

For me - there is no greater feeling than hearing that your product is being advocated for by users and getting employment.

Life is a full circle. Life teaches you everything and then wants you to apply - I am firm believer of that as whatever I have done in my journey of entrepreneurship, it resonates directly to whatever I was taught during my professional work assignments.

One more example of the same -

Well, after the initial run down, everyone was curious and started using the Richa AI, 85%+ of our clients are big corporates and MSMEs. The real problem however was the small businesses.

After series of discussions with several potential buyers (who were interested but did not purchase yet), and the channel partners, two things came up.

1. Majority of small businesses think AI means a chatbot only;

2. Small businesses want to get into AI but need to have a feel of it before implementing.

Both of these points gave a birth to our new pack - The Trial Pack (TTP) - a pack at a very nominal cost - with all features, for one month. The user can use it for a month and if finds fit, can upgrade.

The TTP when launched - everyone was excited as it was the need of the hour. But suddenly we realised, it is not working - the numbers were not good at all. It was so discouraging that the city like Surat had only 2 sales and Mumbai had only 23 sales in first 10 days (with 14 active channel partners both cities put togather). Same was the story across. We were missing something drastically - while asked, everyone was like - we are touching every lead that you are providing and waiting for the result (Typical answer 😊).

And then we realised - there is a Star - Indore - with 83 sales in first 10 days. Well, not on target but way ahead of all. Obviously, they were doing something different.

If something Great is happening, we need to know why it is happening and need to replicate across.

And when we spoke to the Indore channel partner - what he described was Gold -

“We are working on a simple formula - in his words - all our sales people have to visit at least 15 people daily, give demo to at least 5 people and have to sale at least 2 TTPs”.

This is a pure distribution which I learnt during my Coke days (had to replicate everywhere) - but learnt a lesson again - life had taught me this during my first day of sales career as a management trainee in Coke - working here in the world of AI in a different city.

Takes for me - sit back, re-examine every single day of your career - everything is important - will work in a way you would have never imagined..

Straight to the Point -

We recently had a fascinating discussion with a client using Richa AI (India’s first sales agent). They noticed something interesting: Richa wasn't trying to "Hard Sell." instead, she was answering queries briefly, accurately, and to the point.
The client wanted to know if this was a bug or a feature.
To answer that, we went back to our training archives from a year ago and found a conversation that we consider absolute gold. It became the foundation of Richa's personality:
💡 "Nobody wants to be 'sold' to anymore. The modern customer is intelligent. By the time they come to you, they’ve already researched the product and the competitors. They have specific queries, and if the AI answers those honestly, trust is built.
If an AI sales agent pushes too hard, the customer gets irritated. They will take the information from you, leave, and buy from your competitor."
When we shared this philosophy with the client, they didn't just agree—they were relieved.
The era of the pushy salesperson is over. The era of the "Trusted Advisor" is here.

The Biggest challenge for any organisation is not about how to get business/sales. It is when business is in your blood and you need to restrict the business for long term betterment of the society. Well, we have done this till now and will put all our efforts in future.

Our communication to the channel partners -

“Dear Channel Partners, Good morning..!!
There are some ethics that we strictly follow and should not be deviated -
If any business is already having sales team - we should never pitch Richa AI. Richa AI should be pitched to only those businesses who are struggling to find sales people or to those who can’t afford high package sales people or who are new in business who don’t have manpower.
WE MUST NOT BE REASON FOR ANY LAYOFF.
In the same way, never pitch Disha AI to any businesses who are associated to any Digital Marketing Agency. It should be pitched to only small businesses or to big corporates working with multiple agencies.
Till time, i am proud of all of you that we have adhered to these ethics - please follow the same in future too..!!”
