Under the divine blessings and inspiration of Param Pujya Shri Sadgurudev Ranchhoddasji Bapu, Shri Ranchhoddasji Bapu Charitable Hospital, Rajkot, announced the launch of its new branch in Vansda, Navsari district. The inauguration will take place on Thursday, 2nd October 2025 (Vijayadashami) with the noble mission to make Surat district cataract-free and extend free, quality healthcare to the underprivileged, elderly, and children.

The new branch will benefit Surat, Navsari, Dang’s 311 tribal villages, Valsad, Vapi, and even parts of Nashik (Maharashtra). Patients will receive modern phaco surgery with soft foldable lenses (worth approx. ₹20,000) entirely free of cost. Pediatric surgeries, otherwise costing over ₹50,000, will also be performed free.

Each patient will be provided free stay, meals, blanket, saree, food grains, sweets, and even ₹100 in dakshina, along with pick-up and drop facility by hospital buses. A month after surgery, free spectacles will be distributed.

To ensure wider reach, eye-screening camps will be held across Surat, from where patients will be transported to Vansda for surgery and returned post-treatment — all at no cost.

Hospital representatives appealed to media and press to help spread awareness so that maximum patients can avail this unique blend of Seva – Netradan, Annadan, Vastra Daan, and Sampatti Daan.
