PARENT TEACHER MEETING ATGOVT. MIDDLE SCHOOL DRUROO*A Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) was successfully conducted at *Govt. Middle School Druroo* on 1st August 2025 to strengthen the collaboration between parents and teachers for the holistic development of students.Objectives of the Meeting:To discuss the academic performance and behavior of students.To highlight the role of both parents and teachers in a child’s educational journey.To encourage a supportive and communicative environment for students.Key Points Discussed:*Student Progress Review:Class teachers presented a brief overview of the academic performance, attendance, and classroom behavior of students.*Parental Involvement:Emphasis was laid on the importance of parental guidance and regular involvement in their children’s homework, discipline, and study routines at home.*Teacher's Responsibility:Teachers assured parents of their continued commitment to provide quality education, emotional support, and regular feedback.*Addressing Learning Gaps:Strategies were discussed to help students who are lagging behind, especially post-COVID. Extra remedial classes and personalized attention were proposed.*Mental Health and Well-being:Awareness was raised about the need for positive mental health practices. Parents were encouraged to maintain open communication with their children.*Cleanliness and Uniform:It was stressed that students should come in proper school uniform and maintain personal hygiene.*Regular Attendance:The importance of punctuality and regular school attendance was highlighted as a key to academic success.*Digital Awareness:Parents were guided on monitoring mobile usage and internet . *Feedback session An open session was held where parents gave valuable suggestions and feedback regarding school functioning.*Closing Remarks:The Headmaster Mr. Riyaz Ahmad Parray thanked all attendees for their cooperation and assured continued efforts for the betterment of students.Conclusion:The PTM was successful and productive, helping build a stronger bridge between parents and teachers for the educational and moral development of students.
