1) Garlic Aioli

Ingredients:
β€’ 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
β€’ 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
β€’ 1 tsp Lemon Juice
β€’ 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
β€’ Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and minced garlic.
2. Add lemon juice and Dijon mustard.
3. Mix well until smooth.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

2) Spicy Sriracha Mayo

Ingredients:
β€’ 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
β€’ 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
β€’ 1 tsp Lime Juice
β€’ 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions:
1. Add mayonnaise to a mixing bowl.

1. Chocolate Milkshake

Ingredients:
β€’ 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
β€’ 1 cup Cold Milk
β€’ 3 tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
β€’ 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions:
1. Add vanilla ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and add more chocolate syrup if needed.
4. Pour into a glass and serve chilled.

1 Classic BLT Sandwich

Ingredients:
β€’ 4 slices bread
β€’ 8 strips bacon
β€’ 2 cups lettuce
β€’ 2 tomatoes, sliced
β€’ 4 tbsp mayonnaise
β€’ Salt and pepper

Instructions:
1. Fry bacon until crispy and set aside.
2. Toast bread slices lightly.
3. Spread mayonnaise on bread.
4. Layer lettuce, tomato, and bacon.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Close sandwich, slice, and serve.

1. Egg Salad

Ingredients
β€’ 6 Eggs, hard-boiled
β€’ 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
β€’ 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
β€’ 1 tbsp Celery, chopped

β€’ 1 tsp Lemon Juice
β€’ Salt and Pepper to taste
β€’ Chives, chopped (optional)

Instructions
1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and chop them finely.
2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Add chopped eggs, celery, and red onion.
4. Mix gently until well combined.
5. Garnish with chives and serve chilled or as a sandwich filling.
