1. Egg Salad
Ingredients
β’ 6 Eggs, hard-boiled
β’ 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
β’ 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
β’ 1 tbsp Celery, chopped
β’ 1 tbsp Red Onion, chopped
β’ 1 tsp Lemon Juice
β’ Salt and Pepper to taste
β’ Chives, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and chop them finely.
2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Add chopped eggs, celery, and red onion.
4. Mix gently until well combined.
5. Garnish with chives and serve chilled or as a sandwich filling.
2. Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
β’ 6 Eggs, hard-boiled
β’ 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
β’ 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
β’ 1 tsp Vinegar
β’ 1/2 tsp Paprika
β’ Salt and Pepper to taste
β’ Chives, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Cut hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
2. Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.
3. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into egg whites.
5. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chives before serving.
3. Shakshuka
Ingredients
β’ 4 Eggs
β’ 1 tbsp Olive Oil
β’ 1 Onion, diced
β’ 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
β’ 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
β’ 1 can (400g) Crushed Tomatoes
β’ 1 tsp Cumin
β’ 1 tsp Paprika
β’ Salt and Pepper to taste
β’ Parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. SautΓ© onion and bell pepper until soft.
3. Add garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute.
4. Pour in crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Make small wells and crack eggs into the sauce.
6. Cover and cook until eggs are just set.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
4. Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
β’ 4 Eggs
β’ 1/4 cup Milk
β’ Salt and Pepper to taste
β’ 1 tbsp Butter
β’ Chives, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Heat butter in a pan over low-medium heat.
3. Pour in egg mixture and stir gently.
4. Cook slowly until soft and fluffy.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with chives.
5. Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients
β’ 3 cups Cooked Rice
β’ 2 Eggs, beaten
β’ 1 cup Mixed Vegetables
β’ 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
β’ 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
β’ 2 Green Onions, chopped
Instructions
1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add beaten eggs and scramble lightly.
3. Add vegetables and cook for 2β3 minutes.
4. Add cooked rice and soy sauce.
5. Stir-fry until everything is well mixed and heated.
6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
6. Egg Muffins
Ingredients
β’ 8 Eggs
β’ 1/4 cup Milk
β’ 1/2 cup Spinach, chopped
β’ 1/3 cup Bell Pepper, chopped
β’ 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
β’ 1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
β’ Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
2. Grease a muffin tray.
3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
4. Stir in spinach, bell pepper, tomatoes, and cheese.
5. Pour mixture into muffin cups.
6. Bake for 18β22 minutes until set.
7. Cool slightly before serving.
