Namaste,

We are delighted to invite you to our much-awaited online session:
“Decoding the Trigunas” with Jijnasu Vasudeva.

Everything we experience—what we see, hear, touch, taste, or smell—is composed of the three Gunas: Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas. These fundamental qualities of nature are not only present in the world around us but also deeply embedded in our body, mind, and actions.

In this insightful session, Jijnasu Vasudeva will help us explore:
• How the Gunas influence our thoughts, habits, and energy
• How Tamas manifests as lethargy or inertia
• How Rajas drives compulsive action and restlessness
• How cultivating Sattva can bring balance, clarity, and harmony

Importantly, Rajas and Tamas are not “bad.” They are essential forces of nature. It is only their imbalance that leads to distress. Understanding how to navigate and harmonize these Gunas is the key to a more aware and intentional life.

This session will also clear up many popular myths and offer deep insights backed by scriptural wisdom and lived experience. Jijnasu’s clear, engaging teaching style makes this a must-attend event for anyone on the path of inner growth.

Vipassana means “insight” , it is the essence of teaching of the Buddha , the actual experience of the truths of which he spoke. The references of the word Vipasana were found in Vedas, different religious scriptures and even in Dohas of great Saints. A breath meditation which is to sharpen the concentration is focused initially. Throughout the entire meditation we don’t have to react to any thought, sensation, emotion etc. When we sit silent, it is very obvious that our triggers, irritations, our anxieties start dwelling on the surface. It feels like a real mirror where we are not posing to look good but to know ourselves better. We all have one perfect “I” image about ourselves in our mind, We keep telling us that how good I am, I have “0” problems with others and glorification goes on. But while we sit in silence we start realising our true nature. The one which is not hidden behind the mask. Most of the times we keep telling others and ourselves that “Meri kuch bhi galati nahi, sab dusare ki hi galati hai” I am good. I do good karmas. I never lie, I am kind, compassionate person . But through that silence and breath meditation we start understanding that how we write the stories as per our own convenience. In meditation, we just observe, no reaction at all.

In modern psychotherapy, we are usually encouraged to react to certain problems or emotions. Here Vipasana is contradictory to that technique. Yes !!! There are various healing methods for emotional modulations and all serve different purpose. Modern psychotherapy is designed as a treatment for problems, not as path which leads to a long term practice with equanimity as focus. Vipassana is uniquely embedded in a path aimed towards Nibbana. It’s life journey not a particular one problem or situation solution.

Here we learn to recognise various Sensations within the body and these sensations are a storehouse of mental contents and mental contents are a pictorial representation of the sensations of the body. Both express the energy. We are the activity of atoms, molecules, cells, we are the ripples of physics, chemistry and biology.

Practicing Vipassana is a way of getting up !!

Namaste 🙏🏻
We have recently finished our 4 weeks Yoga Research pilot study to examine the effect of one Yogic practice on Physical, physiological, psychological and cognitive functioning of individuals. Statistical analysis is showing significant improvement in pre and post data of experimental group though active control group also shows slight variations. The research study was only for 4 weeks and being a pilot module, as an underpowered study it’s unfair to jump for tall claims at this moment . But Yes, learnt the fascinating Yoga research process which has significantly changed the perspective of better understanding of Yogic practices work. Both learning and teaching!!!

Now it is not - “practice these two asanas for thyroid and thyroid is gone 🙄 or practice inverted postures for your hair growth and similar others “ 😇😁 Yoga doesn’t work that way.

Traditional wisdom is based on Yogis , Rishi’s self research and reflection. There are number of other factors like diet, stress level, frequency and maturity in practices, age, breathing etc. We need to understand the scientific approach and for that self experience is essential.

We have introduced Yama, Niyama, regular asanas with anatomy awareness , traditional pranayama, mudras, bandhas, chanting and silencing meditation in our regular classes. The practice is open for all and practice is always as per individual capacity 🙌🏻

Personal structured Therapy is served for various disease management and prevention.

Holistic approach with traditional wisdom and scientific knowledge cultivates self discipline and confidence 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️🍀

We are starting our practice from 1st May, if it resonates with what you’re looking for

We are happy to serve you on your fitness journey 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
