Quick catch up of PSY’s 2025 practice sessions.
Gratitude to witness the live energies of these souls who didn’t come for learning but to teach and trust the best within me .
We practiced Asanas, Mudras, Bandhas, Kriyas, strength training, transitions, traditional pranayama practices, silencing meditation, chanting and studying Yogic Philosophy , psychology, physiology while self researching on our own bodies. I feel blessed that 2025 was the best year to work all 7 days in a week without exertion or complaints. Every class with sincerity and discipline showed progress than small period Workshops or retreats. We challenged ourselves, we laughed together , we felt frustrated sometimes but we didn’t give up. Teaching only through zoom without any fancy teaching methods may look difficult in insta influencing world. But believe me, if teacher loves the subject and has complete trust on this ancient Yog Vidya then teacher should not worry about the trends as Yog was not for that purpose.

- Psycho neurosis
Out of which Yoga therapy didn’t work for Bipolar Disorder and Psycho Neurosis. I am not a medical professional so lack of knowledge, understanding the symptoms, overuse of drugs effects , constant mood changes, Yoga’s own limitations also heavy medications impact and hormonal imbalances were major reasons. But students still come to Yoga Therapy sessions for mental strength,to deal with challenging situations.
I feel blessed to have Doctors, my senior teachers, mentors who keep on continuously guiding me on this path.
In 2025 I did a Scientific Yoga Research on 100 people. I am learning more about Research methodology and ethics in Yoga Research.
