Beyond the beauty of the external forms, there is more something that cannot be named, something ineffable, some deep, inner, holy essence. Whenever and wherever there is beauty, this inner essence shines through somehow ✨🌟

What are we all seeking for in this life ? The question can’t be answered easily. Immediate answers can be happiness, peace, appreciation, acceptance but on a deeper layer mind still not get fully satisfied with these labels. Really what are we seeking for ?

Our bodies energy doesn’t only depend on food,air and sunlight alone. We live surrounded by an ocean of cosmic energy and draw on it to a greater or lesser extent all the time, depending on our will power or willingness and on the clarity of our awareness. This energy enters our bodies through medulla oblongata also called brain stem, or primitive brain located in the lower part of the skull. It is seat of life in the body, and contains the only body part that cannot be operated on, except peripherally. Another important aspect of medulla oblongata is that it is the seat of the ego, where human consciousness is centered. Everything we do, think and perceive is centered with ego awareness, originating from this point. It is very hard to deal with ego, rigidity, inner fear , insecurity, leads to cause of bo***ge, not able to flow freely. It is extremely strong and cunning.

Traditional scriptures teach us to meditate, to have a self experience which helps to accept, surrender and brings clarity to understand ourselves first.

On the battlefield, when Arjuna questioned Krishna that war was not the way to go and it would result in bloodshed, Krishna, in reply said:

यदा ते मोहकलिलं बुद्धिर्व्यतितरिष्यति।
तदा गन्तासि निर्वेदं श्रोतव्यस्य श्रुतस्य च॥२.५२॥

Your intelligence is lost in the forest of delusion, Arjuna.
You’ve read too many books and heard too many sermons.
Your knowledge is not your own. You will only realise the truth when you get past second-hand knowledge.

So no matter how many fancy, trending meditation, chanting sessions you attend, if you don’t do a self practice, you won’t really touch your own self. Everything will only be on surface level . Your self experience is your own truth.

Do you know that Plank holding as part of isometric or strength-based practice can contribute to an increase in BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor) levels.

What is BDNF ??

BDNF is a neurotrophin that supports:
• Neuroplasticity (formation of new brain connections)
• Learning and memory
• Mood regulation

How exercise affects BDNF ???

•Aerobic exercise (like running, cycling, brisk walking) is the most consistently linked to large increases in BDNF.
•Resistance training, including plank holds, squats, and isometric exercises, also raises BDNF, though possibly to a moderate degree.
•High-intensity interval training (HIIT) may have an even greater effect due to combined aerobic and anaerobic stress.

Research shows that resistance and isometric training improve peripheral BDNF levels (in blood serum), especially when:
✅ Held at moderate-to-high intensity
✅ Repeated regularly
✅ Progressively increased in challenge

So, holding a plank activates both physical and mental effort, which can indirectly stimulate BDNF release, especially if part of a consistent, progressive workout.

गुरूंना शोधत फिरण्यापेक्षा स्वतःला इतकं योग्य, पात्र आणि शुद्ध बनवावं की गुरु स्वतःच आपल्याला शोधत येतील — जसं पूर्वीच्या काळातही झालं आहे.

नरेंद्र (स्वामी विवेकानंद) हे आध्यात्मिक प्रश्नांनी झगडत होते. ते अनेक ठिकाणी उत्तर शोधत होते. त्यांच्या प्रामाणिक शोधाला प्रतिसाद म्हणून, त्यांच्या जीवनात रामकृष्ण परमहंस आले. रामकृष्णांनी स्वतः विवेकानंदांना ओळखलं आणि त्यांना आत्मज्ञानाच्या मार्गावर मार्गदर्शन केलं.

आदि शंकराचार्य लहान वयातच संन्यास घेऊन आध्यात्मिक साधना करत होते. त्यांच्या साधनेमुळेच गोविंद भगवत्पाद नावाचे सिद्ध गुरु स्वतः त्यांच्यासमोर प्रकट झाले आणि त्यांना संन्यास दीक्षा व अद्वैत वेदान्ताचं ज्ञान दिलं .

कबीर जरी सामाजिकदृष्ट्या अस्पृश्य मानले जात होते, तरी त्यांच्या अध्यात्मिक उत्कटतेमुळे गुरु रामानंद यांनी त्यांना आपले शिष्य म्हणून स्वीकारलं — जरी ते प्रारंभी अनभिज्ञ होते की कबीर त्यांचे शिष्य होणार आहेत .

गुरु शोधण्याऐवजी जर आपण अंतःकरणाने साधना केली, स्वतःला शुद्ध व पात्र बनवलं, तर गुरु आपल्या योग्य वेळेला आपोआप जीवनात प्रकट होतात. “गुरु आपल्याला शोधतात, जेव्हा आपण तयार होतो 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️🪷
