The Maruti Suzuki Ignis finally discontinued in India after 9 years. halted its production and not accepting any fresh bookings now. It was an overall value for money product and better than the high selling WagonR (better driving dynamics on higher speeds, less body roll, 1.2 L engine) but anyways in India sales doesn't follow value for money.

BH (Bharat Series) number plate was introduced to make life easier for people with transferable jobs — especially those in Government services, Defence, PSU employees, and private sector employees working in companies with offices in 4+ states/UTs.
Earlier, every time you shifted to a new state, you had to re-register your vehicle.
With BH series, you can move across India without changing your vehicle registration.
Road tax is paid in blocks (2 years or multiples) instead of full 15 years upfront.
Eligibility:
Central/State Government employees
Defence personnel
PSU employees
Private company employees (company must have offices in 4+ states/UTs)
One Nation, One Registration.

When this video was shot, GRAP-3 was in force.
Now things have worsened and GRAP-4 is active across Delhi-NCR (Delhi & Noida).

Vehicle restrictions under GRAP-4:
• BS-III petrol & BS-IV diesel cars banned
• Old, polluting vehicles off the roads
• Only essential services & compliant vehicles allowed

If a car is found not compliant with a norms it may attract a challan of upto ₹20000/-
Air doesn’t see borders, Delhi & Noida both feel it.
