Japan is taking wearable tech to the next level. Researchers at the University of Tokyo have developed a smart glove that lets you control drones just by moving your fingers and arms.

The glove allows full six-degrees-of-freedom control, making drone movement feel seamless and intuitive. It supports multiple modes for both broad navigation and precise operations like turning valves.

Tested in real-world settings, the glove responds in under half a second offering nearly instant control. This breakthrough could transform how drones are used in inspections, rescue missions, and other complex environments.

We are deeply saddened to share the untimely passing of Mr. Sony Poulose (43), who suffered a fatal heart attack yesterday evening around 8:30 PM near Amabalathinkara Mosque, while on his way home from work.

Sony was a valued employee at Allianz, Technopark, Trivandrum. He is survived by his wife, Eustine Thomas, and his parents.

A resident of Tagore Nagar, Pullanivila, Karyavattom, his cremation will be held at his native place in Thrissur.
