In 2022, Kerala witnessed a 19.7% surge in suicides, claiming 10,162 lives. Shockingly, a significant number were doctors. The medical profession's stress, fierce competition, and work-life imbalance are contributing factors.

Challenges Faced by Doctors:
From lack of social connectivity to sleep deprivation, doctors grapple with intense academic pressures and professional competition. The stigma around mental health worsens as effective communication and support groups within medical organizations remain elusive.
