We already made history by being the first publishing house in India to offer AI-powered books, with more than four titles successfully released. This pioneering idea, though already present outside India, was embraced here with great enthusiasm and support.
Now, we are proud to announce another milestone: Booksthakam has acquired 25% of Penaime Private Limited. Through this partnership, Penaime becomes an associate concern of Booksthakam, granting us access to their global distribution network and further strengthening our vision for AI literature.
The final pitch by our founder, Suraj, captured the essence of this collaboration: “Imagine you are excellent at tax and tax filing but not strong as a writer — why not use the help of AI and release it?” The platform understood this vision, while also affirming the importance of integrity and respect for traditional authors — values we will always uphold.
We are not here to disrupt literature, but to walk alongside it — building a parallel universe of AI literature with integrity and protection. To maintain quality, we are reducing our acceptance rate, but remain open to genuine voices and great ideas that deserve to be seen as books.
