Barley water helps in keeping the body hydrated,

Controls blood sugar,
Preparation :
Take 5 spoons of barley,
Rinse the barley under cold water untill water runs clear
Put the barley in a cooker or saucepan with 4 cups of water
Bring the mixture to the boil over a meadium heat,
Turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes
Strain the mixture and discard the barley
Drink the mixture early morning in an empty stomach for better results ..
