,*CRIME BRANCH CHARGESHEETED 10 ACCUSED INCLUDING FORESTOR & EDUCATION EMPLOYEE FOR FRAUDS*
*Filed 06 charge-sheets in six separate cases for securing job & promotion benefits on fake documents, real estate & job scams*
Jammu, July 31 : Crime Branch has filed six charge-sheets in six separate cases against ten (10) accused including a Forestor & an employee of school education department for securing job & promotion benefits on fake qualification certificates, procuring fake PRC, real estate fraud and job scams.
Charge-sheet has been filed against Forestor Raghubir Singh (now retd.) S/o Shri Sandoor Singh R/o Sungal Morh, Akhnoor for getting promotion benefits by using fake graduation degree. Case was registered and investigated against the accused on the communication received from Divisional Forest Officer Jammu.
Charge-sheet has also been filed against an employee of school education department namely Dhanvir Singh S/o Late Milkha Singh R/o Paloura Jammu posted as Chowkidar at Govt. Hr. Secondary School Bhalwal, Jammu for securing job by using fake qualification/ DoB certificate.
In another case, charge-sheet filed against accused 1) Anil Kumar Nanda S/o Dharam Chand 2) Aman Nanda S/o Anil Kumar Nanda both residents of Green Avenue, Abrol Nagar Pathankot, Punjab for duping complainant of Rs 54.50 lakh by committing real estate fraud.
In two other cases, charge-sheets have been filed against accused 1. Ghulam Rasool Wani S/o Mohammad Asgar Wani R/o Parisabad Pora ,Budgam A/P Ragoora Majeen Sidhra Jammu. 2. Shamim Dar S/o Abdul Aziz R/o Ladhu Pampore, Kashmir and three more accused including two females for duping the complainants of Rs 24.00 lakh on the pretext of providing jobs in J&K bank and SBI.
On the complaint received through Secretary to Govt. Revenue Department Jammu, Crime Branch had registered FIR, conducted investigation and now filed charge-sheet against accused (now expired) of Gandhi Nagar, Jammu for procuring fake PRC.
Senior Superintendent of Police Crime Jammu, Benam Tosh confirmed that six charge-sheets in case FIR No 21/2002, case FIR No. 24/2022, case FIR No. 52/2022 , case FIR No. 13/2024, case FIR No 02/2025 and case FIR No. 24/2025 have been filed in the court of law for judicial determination.
