Aero India 2025 was a spectacular event held from February 10th to 14th, 2025, at the Air Force Station in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. This edition was the largest ever, with 930 exhibitors participating, compared to 800 in the previous edition in 2023. The event showcased advanced aircraft, including the Russian Su-57 and India's first 5.5 Gen stealth aircraft, the Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA).
The air show featured breathtaking aerobatic displays by aircraft and helicopters, including performances by the IAF’s Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team. It also included a Defence Ministers’ Conclave, CEOs Roundtable, and various seminars, highlighting India's growing aerospace and defence capabilities

The full dress rehearsal for Aero India 2025 took place on February 8th at the Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bengaluru. It was a spectacular event with various aircraft displays, including the Rafale, Su-30MKI, Dhruv, and Hawk-MK1322. The Surya Kiran Aerobatics Team also performed their signature maneuvers, thrilling the audience.

The full dress rehearsal for Aero India 2025 had several exciting highlights:

1. Akash Ganga Skydiving Team: The rehearsal started with the Akash Ganga skydiving team, who performed a thrilling parachute drop from an aircraft.

2. New Additions: The rehearsal featured new additions like the Su-57E from Russia and Embraer’s KC-390 Millennium tactical air transport aircraft from Brazil, although the latter arrived later in the day.

3. Flag Carrying Helicopters: Mi-17 helicopters carried the national, IAF, and Aero India flags, creating a patriotic atmosphere.

4. Fly-Pasts: Spectacular fly-pasts were performed by aircraft such as the Sukhoi-30 MKI, Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas, Jaguars, NETRA Airborne Early Warning and Control System (AEW&CS), AN-32, and Dornier aircraft.

5. HAL Light Utility Helicopter (LUH): The HAL designed and developed the Light Utility Helicopter (LUH) and showcased its capabilities to the audience.

6. Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team: The rehearsal concluded with the Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team performing their signature manoeuvres, displaying the national flag colours in the sky.
