Eating ‘healthy’ but thyroid still off? Check these 5 foods.

1 Highly processed soy (soy nuggets, soy milk daily)
Can interfere with thyroid hormone absorption, especially if eaten close to medication.

2 Excess raw cruciferous vegetables (raw cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli)
In large amounts, they may block iodine uptake. Cook them — problem solved.

3 Refined flour (maida, white bread, bakery items)
Low nutrition, high glycemic load — slows metabolism and worsens thyroid-related weight gain.
