Learn how to make this easy one bowl Fudgy Chocolate Brownie Cake decorated with Chocolate Ganache Frosting and chocolate chunks.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup | 120g unsalted Butter, melted & cooled
2 Large Eggs | 64g each, at room temperature
1 Cup | 200g fine granulated sugar
2 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
1/2 Cup | 65g All purpose Flour
1/2 Cup | 50g unsweetened Cocoa powder (Dutched Cocoa preferred)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
100g | 3/4 Cup semi sweet Chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
7 inch cake

Chocolate Ganache Frosting
1 Cup | 170g Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup | 125ml Heavy Whipping Cream

Piping Nozzle: 2D

METHOD
1. Measure all the ingredients using a kitchen weighing scale in grams for a perfect result.
2. Melt the Butter and let it cool down. Beat the eggs for 30 secs till frothy. Add the sugar and beat for atleast 5-6 mins till it gets pale white and creamy.
2. Add the cooled Butter, vanilla essence and vegetable oil. Mix well
3. Sift together the all purpose flour, cocoa powder and salt in batches folding gently till incorporated. Do not overmix. Fold in the chocolate chips.
4. Grease with oil and Line a 7 inch square tin with parchment paper with long overhang for easy removal. Transfer the batter and spread it out evenly.
5. Bake preheated oven for 25 mins. Let cool completely before frosting.
6. For Ganache, pour hot cream over the chocolate chips. Rest for few minutes. Mix well till smooth. Refrigerate for 30 mins till it gets thick. Transfer to a piping bag to pipe few Rosettes.
7. Whip the leftover frosting till gets pale and stiff. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe few florets. Decorate with chocolates.

Tandoori Chicken/Chicken Tangdi Kebab is Roasted chicken marinated in Hung Curd and generously spiced, Basted with melted butter and broiled on high till charred slightly, they are slightly crispy outside but melt in your mouth tender inside, these are just amazing!

INGREDIENTS:
To Marinate (min 20-30mins or Overnight Refrigerated)
Chicken legs with thighs attached 500gm
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste
1/4 Cup Hung curd
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoon Tandoori Masala
2 Tablespoon Kashmiri Chili powder
1/4 Teaspoon Chat masala
1/2 Teaspoon Black pepper powder
Pinch of Red Food Color, optional
2 Tablespoon Vegetable/Mustard Oil
2 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi crushed
To Baste during baking,
Melted Butter with Chopped Coriander Leaves

Mint Chutney:
1 Cup Mint Leaves
1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
2 Garlic cloves
1 Inch Ginger
2 Green chilies
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Chat masala
2 Tablespoon Yogurt/Curd
2 Ice Cubes, to maintain the Green color while blending
2 Teaspoon Lemon juice

METHOD
1. Wash and Pat Dry the Chicken Legs well. Score few shallow marks on the legs parallel cuts so that the marinade penetrates better and provides even cooking too.

2. Marinate Chicken with Hung Curd, Ginger Garlic paste, Lemon juice and spices. Add Oil and Kasuri methi. Massage everything well rubbing at the backside of the Thighs as well. Let it rest for atleast 20-30 mins or Overnight Refrigerated.

3. Bake 210C/410F Preheated for 25-30 Mins Flipping Sides Halfway. Baste with Melted Butter and BROIL on Upper rod on for 5Mins Or Till Charred Slightly

4. Brush with melted Butter mixed with chopped coriander leaves while still hot. Serve with Mint Chutney recipe above and sliced onions.

Quick Marble Vanilla Butter Cake Recipe You Can Make Easily in very less time with perfect measurements.

Based on the traditional Pound Cake where the ingredients eggs, butter, sugar and flour are of the same weight resulting in a perfect balance of all the ingredients. A Thin layer of Cocoa Dust is sandwiched between two Vanilla Layers to give just a hint of cocoa flavor.

INGREDIENTS
4 Large eggs, 61-65g each, room temperature
225g | 1 Cup Caster sugar 
2 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
225g | 1 Cup unsalted Butter, melted & Cooled 
225g | 2 Cup minus 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoon | 8g Baking Powder  
1/4 Teaspoon Salt 
6 Tablespoon Milk, room temperature
1-2 Tablespoon Regular Cocoa powder

METHOD

1. For Accurate results, always weigh all your ingredients. Measuring cups we tend to put more flour than required resulting in a dense texture.

A weighing scale does not cost much, it will help save your valuable time by getting every recipe right at the very first attempt.

2. Sift all the dry ingredients in a bowl, the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix Well.

3. Weigh the Butter and melt it completely. Once melted, let it cool down to room temperature.

4. Add room temperature large Eggs in a large mixing Bowl. Beat the Eggs on High Speed for 30 seconds or till they are frothy.

5. Add the Sugar and Beat on Medium Speed for atleast 5-6 minutes till they become Double and Creamy.

6. Add the Vanilla Essence and melted cooled Butter. Mix Well.

7. Add the Dry Ingredients in three batches folding it gently with the batter. Add two tablespoons of milk in between each batch.

8. Grease a 7 inch Tin with Oil, the Base and the Sides. Place a parchment paper at the base. Pour half of the Batter. Tap it to distribute it evenly.

9. Dust a layer of Cocoa on it using a Sieve. Then pour rest of the Batter on top. Tap few times.

10. Bake in a Preheated Oven for 40-45 Mins or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

A Super Moist Chocolate Cake filled with a Creamy and Decadent Dark Chocolate Ganache. This cake is not only easy to make in one bowl with just a whisk, its super rich and tender perfect for any chocolate lover!

INGREDIENTS:
1 3/4 Cup | 219gms All purpose flour
3/4 Cup | 64gm unsweetened natural cocoa powder ( I used Hershey's)
1 1/2 Tsp | 7g Baking powder
1 1/2 Tsp | 9g Baking soda
1 Tsp Salt
2 Cups | 400gms fine sugar
2 Large Eggs, 57-64g best. Room temperature
2 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
1/2 Cup | 96g Vegetable oil
1 Cup | 250g Milk, Room temperature
1 Cup | 240g boiling Hot water with 2 Tsp instant coffee

For Chocolate Ganache Frosting:
1/2 Cup | 120g Whipping Cream
300 gm Semi sweet Chocolate chips/dark chocolate

Chocolate Sprinkles, to Garnish
Two 9 inch pans

METHOD

1. Weigh all your ingredients in grams for a perfect result. It will save your valuable time. Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda and Salt in a mixing bowl. Add sugar, mix well.
2. Add the Eggs, oil, milk and vanilla essence. Mix well.
3. Add Hot Water mixed with instant coffee bit by bit mixing well.
4. Bake in two 9 inch pans preheated oven for 40-45 mins or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
5. For Ganache pour hot cream in the chocolate chips, let it rest for 2-3 mins. Mix well. Cover with a cling wrap once cool, refrigerate 25-30 mins till it gets thick and creamy.
6. Frost the layers with the Ganache. Top with Chocolate Sprinkles. Serve warm 🍽️🥰

Loaded with Protein, Fiber and Healthy Fats, this overnight No Sugar Chia Pudding Recipe is so creamy and satisfying keeping you full for a long time while aiding in weight loss.

INGREDIENTS
2 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Warm Water( Or Low fat Milk)
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt ( I used Low Fat)

Toppings
Chopped Strawberry & Blueberry
2 Chopped Dates & 1 Dried Fig
1 small Banana, sliced
3-4 Soaked Almonds
Pinch of Cinnamon powder

METHOD

1. Mix Chia Seeds with warm water well. Add Greek Yogurt and mix well. You can also use low fat milk instead. Ensure that all Chia Seeds are submerged so they can expand later.

2. Keep airtight refrigerated for at least 4 hours or overnight.

3. Top with strawberries and blueberries. Sweeten it with chopped dates and dried fig. A banana also helps to sweeten naturally. Soaked Almonds aids in digestion. Cinnamon powder helps in weight reduction by boosting your metabolism. Honey or Maple or Date syrup can also be added.

4. Serve it either cold or warm. I like to microwave few seconds. This Chia pudding can be stored upto 5 days in the refrigerator
