It means that whatever kind of disease you have, just keep chanting Hanumanji's name with devotion. Hanumanji will take away your pain. We are very selfish prabhu, we never asked you how are you baba, did you eat food baba,We put our financial needs before you.Lord, we are very bad who think only about ourselves.And then there is you Baba, who takes us under his protection without any discrimination and gives us everything completely.You never let us go empty handed Baba.Forgive us Baba, helplessness has made us so powerless that we are only looking at our own happiness.You are very kind, Baba.
