Advantages of Having a Foreign-Owned Subsidiary in India:

2. Cost Efficiency: India offers a relatively lower cost of labor, real estate, and other operational costs compared to many developed countries, making it an attractive location for cost-effective business operations.

3. Skilled Workforce: India has a large pool of skilled professionals, particularly in sectors like IT, engineering, and management, offering access to talent.

4. Government Incentives: India provides various tax breaks, subsidies, and incentives for foreign direct investment (FDI) in priority sectors such as manufacturing, IT, and renewable energy.

5. Ease of Operations: A foreign-owned subsidiary in India operates as a separate legal entity, giving full control over operations while shielding the parent company from liabilities.

6. Strategic Location for Exports: India's location offers good access to other Asian markets, the Middle East, and Africa, allowing the subsidiary to serve as a strategic hub for regional exports.

3. Enhanced Flexibility in Foreign Exchange Management: Implement flexible foreign exchange regulations for offshore entities, allowing easier capital movement between India and foreign jurisdictions. This would support smoother fund flows for investments, project financing, and business expansion in India.

Government of India ranks now third position of power accross the world 🌎 ,USA, Chaina next position India. And its very clear that we are going on a perfect and suitable international policy. I wish to enlighten the today's Sensex -85,571.85 Nifty- 26.178.95. Still we are growing up $5 trillion economy. And I am sure about it that we will definitely touch the goals within next two fiscal year.2024-26.

ভারতের প্রধানমন্ত্রী বিগত দশ বছর পূর্ণ করার পথে খুব বিশেষ প্রয়োজন বা মিডিয়ার আমন্ত্রণ ছাড়া প্রেস কনফারেন্স করেন নি। অথচ নিয়মিত প্রতি রবিবার "মন কি বাত" অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত থেকে ভারতের সকল শ্রেণীর মানুষের সাথে সরাসরি যোগাযোগ করেছেন।

আপনি একবার ভেবে দেখুন, বিগত দশ বছর আপনি কতগুলো প্রেস মিট করেছেন? এবং প্রয়াত প্রধানমন্ত্রী ইন্দিরা গান্ধীর চাইতেও বেশি ডিক্টেটরশিপ প্রতিষ্ঠিত করেছেন। বাংলার মিডিয়া লিমিটেড আপনার বিরুদ্ধে কিছু বললেই তাঁদের বিরোধী দলের মুখপাত্র বানিয়েছেন। এমনকি সরাসরি এবিপি আনন্দ সহ কিছু নির্দিষ্ট মিডিয়াকে সামাজিক বয়কটের নিদান দিয়েছেন।

দুর্ভাগ্যজনক বা সৌভাগ্য জনক ভাবে আমি ডঃ প্রসেনজিৎ বোস প্রয়াত প্রধানমন্ত্রী ইন্দিরা গান্ধীর রাষ্ট্রীয় ২০ দফা কর্মসূচি রুপায়ন এর দায়িত্ব পালন করছি। কত বিষাক্ত স্বৈরাচারী পদক্ষেপ আপনি তথা আপনার সরকার আমার বিরুদ্ধে করেছেন,তা অবর্ণনীয়।

তদানীন্তন প্রধানমন্ত্রী তার বিরুদ্ধে সৈরাচারী বক্তব্য রাখার জন্য একজন বলিষ্ঠ সাংবাদিকদের একটি কার্টুন একটি গ্যালারি প্রদর্শন করতে গিয়ে দেখতে পান। উনি জানতে চান এই কার্টুন ছবিটি কে এঁকেছেন ? প্রধানমন্ত্রীর সচিবালয়ের থেকে সেই প্রখ্যাত সাংবাদিককে ডেকে আনা হয় । প্রয়াত প্রধানমন্ত্রী সেই সাংবাদিকদের সঙ্গে আলাপকালে ও মতবিনিময়ের পর ওনাকে রাষ্ট্রীয় মর্যাদা দেন। এটাই আমাদের গনতান্ত্রিক অধিকার বা শিক্ষা।

আপনার বিরুদ্ধে কলম ধরতে গিয়ে সন্ময় বাবুর পরিস্থিতি ও আপনার পুলিশের তৎপরতা সমগ্র ভারতের কাছে এক বিস্ময়কর অনুভূতি। আপনার করা মন্তব্যের সাফাই দেওয়ার বাধ্যবাধকতা হঠাৎ করে বোধ করছেন কেন ? " হুমকি দেইনি, বক্তব্যের ব্যাখ্যা দিলেন মূখ্যমন্ত্রী"- আজকের আনন্দবাজার পত্রিকার হেডলাইন।
আপনি ছাত্রদের পাশে আছেন , কিভাবে? বিগত ১১ বছর শিক্ষকতা করার জন্য উপযুক্ত যুবক-যুবতীরা রাস্তায় ধর্না মঞ্চের থেকে আন্দোলন চালিয়ে যাচ্ছেন, আপনার পুলিশের অতিরিক্ত অত্যাচার বাংলার মানুষ দেখেছেন এবং দেখছেন । এমনকি সেই ছাত্রসমাজের ডাকা নবান্ন অভিযানের সকল দৃশ্য মানুষের চোখের সামনে ভাসছে।

আগামীদিনে আপনার সরকারের আস্থাভাজন ১০ জন আধিকারিক আপনার নির্দেশ পালন করতে গিয়ে ভারতীয় সংবিধানের মৌলিক অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করেছেন। সময়ের আলোচিত দাবি সনদ যে দিকে প্রবাহমান, তাতে করে জনগণের আস্থা ফিরে পাওয়া খুব মুশকিল। ক্ষমতায় থেকে ক্ষমতার অপব্যাবহার ভারতীয় সংবিধানের সবচাইতে দন্ডনীয় অপরাধ ।

আর.জি.কর হাসপাতালের প্রাক্তন প্রিন্সিপাল সন্দিপ ঘোষ মহাশয়ের প্রকৃত পরিচয় একজন মূখ্যমন্ত্রী হিসেবে জনগণের সামনে উন্মোচন করুন , দেখবেন প্রতিবাদ বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে। জনসাধারণ তিলোত্তমার "ধর্ষন ও হত্যার" প্রতিবাদ ভূলে যাবে, মিডিয়া তার কর্তব্য পালন করতে পিছিয়ে যাবে, আমার স্থির বিশ্বাস ।

আপনি না হয় সাফাই সুপ্রিম কোর্টে দেবেন ...... প্রধানমন্ত্রীর দপ্তরের একজন অনুগত " Mygov.in" এর এডমিন হিসেবে চেষ্টা করবো উপস্থিত থাকাবো , প্রকৃত ঘটনার লিখিত স্টেটমেন্ট পাবলিকলি পাবলিকেশন করার জন্য।
