On the occasion of 75th Birthday of our Great Legend Padmashri Haldhar Nag, WOSACA, Hyderabad is pleased to announce to celebrate and going to organize a national level conference on Western Odisha. The conference will be held at Bargarh from 31/03/2025 to 02/04/2025 (3 Days). The program includes Intellectual discussion/analysis of Socio-Cultural situation, Educational systems, Resources, Developmental issues and rich History etc. of Kosalanchal. Many distinguished experts, research scholars and experienced personalities in various fields have been invited to this National Level Conference. The event will be organized with the support and Well-Wishers of Bargarh and Kosalanchal. This is a conglomeration of youth and veterans for the greater interest of Western Odisha.

ଆମର୍ ମାଟିର୍ ଗରବ୍ ପଦ୍ମଶ୍ରୀ ହଲଧର ନାଗ୍ ଙ୍କର ୭୫ ତମ ଜନମ୍ ଦିନ୍ ଉଧେଁ ଓସାକା, ହାଇଦ୍ରାବାଦ୍ ଗହକି ମନେ ତାକର୍ ଜନ୍ମୋତ୍ସବ୍ ପାଲନ୍ କରବାର୍ କେ ଯାଉଛେ ୲ ବରଗଡ୍ ଟାଉନ୍ ରେ ଆଏବାର୍ ୩୧ ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ନୁ ୨ ଏପ୍ରିଲ୍ ୨୦୨୫ ତକ୍ ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ୍ ସାଙ୍ଗେ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓଡିଶା ଉପ୍ରେ ୭୫ ବଛର୍ ର ଚିନ୍ତନ୍ ମନ୍ଥନ୍ ଆଲୋଚନା ବି ହେବା। କୋସଲାଞ୍ଚଲ୍ ର ଏନ୍ତା ଝନେ ମହାନାୟକ୍ ଙ୍କର୍ ଜନମ୍ ଦିନ୍ ପାଲନ୍ ସାଙ୍ଗେ ଆମର୍ ଅଞ୍ଚଲ୍ ର ସାମାଜିକ୍,ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ୍ ବୈଭବ୍ ଆର୍ ସ୍ଥିତି, ଶିକ୍ଷା ଆର୍ ଜୀବନ୍ ଜୀବିକା ର ପରିସ୍ଥିତି, ସାହିତ୍ୟ, ପ୍ରାକୃତିକ୍ ସମ୍ପଦ୍ , ବିକାଶ୍ ଆଦି ଉପ୍ରେ ବୌଦ୍ଧିକ୍ ଆଲୋଚନା ବି ହେବା । ଭିନ୍ ଭିନ୍ ବିଭାଗ୍ ର ଅନେକ୍ ଗବେଷକ୍, ଶିକ୍ଷାବିଦ୍, ଭାଷାବିଦ୍, ସଂଗ୍ରାମୀ, ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ, ଅନୁଭବୀ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିତ୍ବ ଆଦି ଯୋଗ୍ ଦେବେ । ଯୁଆନ୍ ରୁ ସିଆନ୍ ଲୋକ୍ ସମ୍ କୁ ନେଇକରି କୋସଲାଂଚଲ୍ ର ସାମଗ୍ରିକ୍ ବିକାସ୍ ଆରୁ ସ୍ବାଭିମାନ୍ , ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଉପ୍ ରେ ବିଚାର୍ ବିମର୍ଶ ଲାଗି ସମ୍ମିଲନୀ ବି ହେବା। ବରଗଡ୍ ଲୋକାଲ୍ ଆର୍ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର୍ ସଚେତ୍ ଲୋକଙ୍କର୍ ସହଯୋଗ୍ ରେ ଆମର୍ ଅଞ୍ଚଲ୍ ଉପ୍ରେ ଚିନ୍ତନ୍ ମନ୍ଥନ୍ ସାଙ୍ଗେ ସମାଧାନ୍ ର ବାଟ୍ ଖୁଜ୍ ବାର୍ ଲାଗି ଓସାକା ର "ଭୋକାଲ୍ ଫର୍ ଲୋକାଲ୍ " କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମ୍ ରେ ଇଟା ଗୁଟେ ଛୋଟ୍ ପ୍ରୟାସ୍ ।
