ters above sea level. The place enjoys a favorable and pleasant climate all year round and is famous for its peaceful retreat in the midst of a lush plantation. The trek to the spot is one of the most enjoyable and memorable experiences that the tourist have encountered. Wild forests house the most popular species of animals like elephant , wild deer, tiger, etc… If you are lucky enough, you could spot them during the trekking. No matter, what you do at this place, the villagers are the guard of Mamalakandam. Don’t forget to take your camera because there will be something to click at every turn !!
