‼️A special initiative by Ambedkar Nagar Police under Mission Shakti Phase 5 – PRATYUSHA TIWARI, Class 6th student of Mother Teresa Public School (MTPS) Maharua Gola was appointed as SHO, Station House Officer‼️*
As per the instructions of Mr. Abhijit R. Shankar, Superintendent of Police, today, September 24, 2025, under the Mission Shakti Phase 5 campaign, the Station House Officer, Mahrua, took a unique initiative. Pratyusha Tiwari, a student of Mother Teresa Public School, Maharua Gola symbolically appointed as the Station House Officer (SHO) at Mahrua Police Station.
The Inspector-in-Charge, Mahrua Police Station, and other police personnel, including the Women's Helpdesk staff, were present on the occasion. While taking charge of the station, the student learned about police procedures and shared her views on issues related to women's safety and law and order. She listened to the problems and complaints of the complainants who came to the police station and directed the concerned authorities to resolve them. This initiative by the police department aims to develop leadership skills in female students, boost their self-confidence, and encourage women's participation in society.
