Mahati Music Academy came into existence with fine arts, mainly music and dance. Music is eternal! Music is harmony; harmony is perfection is our dream.

Music is divine! The motto of this academy is to bring out the hidden talent in youth and promote Indian culture in general and music in particular. Mahati Music Academy has staged several musical plays in a very short duration of time. The most popular include PRIYAM VENKATESHAM (Based on Annamayya kritis) SRI ANDAL KALYANAM

, SRI MAHAGANAPATHI and GEETA GOVINDAM (based on Jayadeva’s Ashtapadi). It also has the rare distinction of presenting “SREE DUTTA GAADHA” scripted by his Holiness Ganapathi Sachidanda Swamiji of Mysore. “KALYANA RAMAM”- a musical play based on the epic ‘SRIMAD RAMAYANAM” is scripted and music composed by Ushakanth. The organization is also actively involved in creation of audio album, fusion music, training in music and music therapy. We believe, Music is God’s greatest gift to mankind and it our endeavor to make music the medium of expression to reach the common man.
