Hi my dear listeners and friends of TORI, Patalapallaki is celebrating 12th anniversary on December, 11th, Friday at 5.30pm to 7pm. I feel so blessed to have completed 12 yrs with the help of TORI's wonderful staff all these years and with your support, encouragement. I never could've have done it without your love, understanding and enormous support. For that I Thank each one of the listeners from the bottom of my heart!
To celebrate this anniversary with you all I have one special guest whom I always wanted to interview, Musicologist Raja garu or Hasam Raja garu. TRIBUTE PROGRAM to Shri.GOLLAPUDI MARUTHIRAO GARU ON PATALAPALLAKI

Shri.Gollapudi Maruthi Rao garu, All India Radio Artist, the writer, Screenwriter, Dialogue writer, Journalist, Columnist,Actor on Stage and Films, Anchor - multi-talented personality who has prominent place in Telugu Literature, Telugu Dramas and Telugu movies passed away on December 12th, 2019. It's a great loss to Telugu literature, Telugu films etc.

TORI(Teluguone Radio on Internet) is airing the interview of Shri. Gollapudi MaruthiRao garu, which I did for the 8th anniversary of Patalapallaki in 2016. It is a Tribute to the Great legendary figure.

Hi dear friends and listeners, On the occasion of 93rd birth anniversary of Dr. Dasarathi Krishnamacharya, the great poet, lyricist, poet laureate - I'm doing the special program on July 21st, Friday on EST at 7-8pm, IST- 4.30-5.30am(Sat), AEST- 9-10am(Sat). Please listen to the program. You can call and talk about your favorite poetry, Telugu movie songs lyrics, his individuality or personality etc.
Dr. Dasarathi was a linguist, bravely fought with his poetry against Nizam the ruler, writer of great poetry books, and wherever there was injustice against the oppressed people in the world he wrote poetry to support and fight for justice for them, which made him people's poet.
