He didn't grow up a runner.
Coach Ravinder was a mechanical engineer with a desk job, an ordinary life, jab tak ek din unhone apne 40s mein running ko dobara apna nahi liya.
What started with stumbling 2km runs turned into something he never planned - countless running events, free weekend hydration support for runners across Delhi NCR, beginner programs, aur underprivileged athletes ke liye initiatives. Logon ne usse "Coach" bulana shuru kar diya, aur naam reh gaya.

In this episode, he opens up about the philosophy behind it all - running as the great equalizer, why community matters more than competition, the honest truth about failure, aur ek health warning jo har runner ko shuru karne se pehle sunni chahiye.
Kyunki sehat sirf fit dikhne ka naam nahi hai. 🫀

Some people chase a destination. Bikram Bumrah went looking for himself.
In this piece - खानाबदोश - he becomes the wanderer who's made peace with never quite arriving. No fixed address. No false finish line. Just the road ahead, and a quiet search for संतोष.

He wrote it in one of his most restless phases. Maybe that's why it doesn't sound like a performance - it sounds like a confession.
यह कैसा खानाबदोश हूं मैं…

"Sport isn't a hobby for me. It's medication."

When Bipin Kaul says sport saved his life, he means it in a way most of us never have to.
As a child, he earned a sports scholarship that took him away from home. Then one night, everything changed - his family had to leave overnight, a crowd gathered outside their house, and by morning they were in hiding. He carries that memory, and the grief of a community, with him still.
Through all of it, one thing held him together. The discipline. The training. The finish lines.

"If sport hadn't been there, I don't know where I'd be in my life."
Sometimes the thing that keeps you moving is the thing that keeps you alive.

What's the one habit that's carried you through your hardest season? Tell us below. 👇

The uniform. The sunglasses. The casual walk to the cockpit.

From the outside, a pilot's life looks like pure glamour - show up, start the engines, fly off into the sky.

Captain Mayank Verma wants you to know the other side.

Behind every "effortless" takeoff are years of study, endless exams, and a level of hard work most people never sign up for. And it's not just flying. The same is true of Sachin at the crease or Hrithik on the dance floor - what looks effortless is built on a mountain of effort you never see.

There are no shortcuts. Only the work.

What's something you do that looks easy but took years to master? Tell us below 👇

"When you're too happy - observe your mind. When you're sad and depressed - observe your mind."
Because you are not that mind.
Rishi Aaradhakananda went from heavy-metal guitarist to Vaishnava monk. And the one idea he keeps coming back to is simple: the mind is a tool you control, not the self you are.

Most of us live the other way around. We let the mind drive - chasing the next high, drowning in the next low - and call that "us."

His advice for anyone trying to excel while wrestling with their own head? Watch the mind instead of becoming it. And go deep into the Bhagavad Gita if you want to truly understand how.
Small shift. Everything changes.

What's one thing your mind tells you that you've learned not to believe? Tell us below.

Most people quit at the idea of an Ironman. This General trained for one around a full-time job.
A 10-hour workday. Strength training before 8:30 AM. Endurance runs from 7 to 10 at night. And on weekends - cycling on the empty Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, starting at 2 AM, finishing as the sun came up.

Maj Gen Vikram Dev Dogra became the first serving Indian Army officer to finish an Ironman. Not because he had more time than you. Because he refused to negotiate with the clock.

What's the one thing you keep saying you "don't have time" for? Tell us in the comments. 👇

Iran is being bombed. The world is watching the war. But nobody is talking
about the people.

Aakash Nambiar - known as - is an ultramarathoner and
traveler who spent a month living in Iran. He ran there. He ate there. He
was invited to secret midnight parties there. And right now, his friends
are still inside, texting him between internet blackouts, not knowing if
they'll be alive tomorrow.

third appearance on the show - and this time, the conversation is unlike
anything we've done before.

Tomorrow we celebrate Baisakhi. New beginnings. New harvests. A new year.
But before the harvest - there is always a season of uncertainty.
Of looking at bare earth and wondering if anything will ever grow.

wrote this poem in one of those seasons.
Lockdown. No direction. Back in Delhi. Lost.
He didn't give up.
He planted himself like a seed.
"Mere Murshid, mainu raah deo.
Kuch loa deo, utsaah deo."
My guide, show me the way.
Give me some light. Give me some courage.
Bury me in the earth.
Give me one drop of water.
Show me one ray of sunlight.
And from that - he became a seed.
Then steam. Then a cloud.
Then rain falling on burning forests.
Bikram ton rim jhim ho javan.

This Baisakhi - if you are in that bare earth season right now, hold on.
The harvest always comes. 🌾
Wishing everyone a blessed Baisakhi. 🙏

His flight was on the tarmac.
Then - bombs dropped on Abu Dhabi airport.

Rishi Aaradhakananda spent 3 days crossing war zones just
to make it to India. And through all of it - he felt no fear.

"Guruji told me to go. I'm going."

That level of trust in the Guru is the opening of one
of the most powerful conversations we've had on FYU.

We go deep on karma, reincarnation, why God isn't unfair,
and why you DON'T have to give up everything to be spiritual.
