خه‌ڵاتی دانا ڕه‌ئووف بۆ شانۆنامه‌ی کوردی

ناوەندی بڵاوکردنەوەی کەپر لە پێناوی برەودان بە نووسینی دەقی شانۆیی و هاندانی شانۆنامەنووساندا خەڵاتێکی ساڵانە پێشکەش دەکات.

بۆ ساڵی ٢٠٢٦، مۆڵه‌تی ناردنی شانۆنامه‌ (٢٠٢٥/١١/١ بۆ ٢٠٢٦/٥/١)

نووسه‌رانی شانۆنامه‌ی کوردی، ئاگاداری کاتی دیاریکراوبن بۆ به‌شداری و ناردنی شانۆنامه‌کانتان

مەرج و زانیاری بۆ ئەو نووسەرانەی دەیانەوێت بەشداری بکەن:
• خەڵاتی دانا ڕەئووف بۆ شانۆنامەی کوردی بۆ ئەو نووسەر و شانۆنامه‌نووسانه‌یه به ‌زمانی کوردی شانۆنامە دەنووسن. ته‌مه‌ن و شوێنی نیشته‌جێبوون گرنگ نین، هه‌موو که‌سێک ده‌توانێت به‌شدار بێت.
• نووسەر پێویسته دەقەکەی خۆی بە فایلی وۆرد و بە فۆنتی یونیکورد بنووسێت و لەگەڵ دەقەکەیدا، سی ڤیی خۆیشی هاوپێچ بکات.
• دەقی نێردراو نابێت پێشتر بڵاو کرابێتەوە یان نەمانیش کرابێت.
• گرنگ، ده‌قه‌که‌ نابێت له ٣٠ لاپه‌ڕه‌ی (A4) که‌متربێت.
• خەڵاتی دانا ڕەئووف بۆ شانۆنامەی کوردی گرنگییەکی زۆر بە زمانی کوردی دەدات. دەق دەبێت بە زمانێکی پاراو نووسرابێت و خاڵبەندی و ڕێنووسی دروستی کوردی ڕەچاو کرابێت.
• بەڕێوەبەرانی کەپر دەقەکان دەخوێننەوە و بیروبۆچوونی خۆیان تاوتوێ دەکەن. بە دەر لە بەڕێوەبەرانی کەپر، بۆ هەڵسەنگاندنی دەقەکان، پرس و ڕاوێژ بە نووسەران و پسپۆڕانی دیکەیش دەکرێت.
• شانۆنامه‌ی هه‌ڵبژێردراو به‌ بڕی (٥٠٠ دۆلار) خه‌ڵات ده‌کرێت، ئەمەیش وه‌کو پشتگرییه‌کی دارایییە بۆ نووسەر و ماندووبوونەکەی.
• ناوەندی کەپر لە هەموو ساڵێکدا، له ڕێوڕه‌سمێکی تایبەتدا ناوی دەقی براوە ئاشکرا ده‌کات.
بێجگە لەو بڕە پارەیە کە بە دەقی هەڵبژێردراو دەدرێت، ناوەندی کەپر هەوڵ دەدات دەقەکەیش وەک کتێب چاپ و بڵاو بکاتەوە.
• په‌یکه‌ری خه‌ڵاته‌که‌ هه‌موو ساڵێک له‌لایه‌ن هونه‌رمه‌ند (شوان که‌مال)ه‌وه دروست ده‌کرێت.

** ئاگاداربە به‌بێ ڕه‌چاو کردنی ئه‌م خاڵانە شانۆنامه‌که‌ت گرنگی پێ نادرێت!

Perhaps no non-Kurdish intellectual holds as profound a place in the Kurdish consciousness as İsmail Beşikçi. This deep admiration is well-founded, allowing Ibrahim Gürbüz, the author of the current book, to aptly refer to Beşikçi as the ‘Socrates of our time.’ For decades, Beşikçi stood as the sole Turkish academic voice championing the existence of the Kurdish nation in Northern Kurdistan. He boldly challenged the Kemalist political, academic, cultural, security, and military establishments of Turkey, confronting their denial of the Kurdish reality. Beşikçi confronted the systematic and institutional racism and fascism in Turkey a stance that even many Kurds hesitated to adopt. His unwavering commitment led to personal sacrifices: the loss of comfort, economic stability, dismissal from his academic position, and being branded a persona non grata within Turkish academia. He was perceived as a dangerous gadfly, challenging the entrenched notions of Turkish identity and citizenship, and as an apostate Turk who debunked the racist myths propagated by the Turkish state to justify its cultural and linguistic suppression of Kurdishness. Above all, until the early 2000s, İsmail Beşikçi was renowned as the Turkish sociologist and scholar who spent most of his adult life in prison to defend Kurdish existence, defying both state policies and the Turkish nationalist consensus that viewed such advocacy as infidelity and abomination.
