🙏🏻 Thanksgiving 2023: Thank you Lord for opportunities like this. Thank you for allowing me to connect with men so strongly rooted in their faith, who are humble, & strong in spirit. Thank you for the blessings I’ve been gifted all of my life for health, relationships, prosperity & abundance. Thank you for picking me up in my lowest of lows. Thank you for blessing me with a community of people who strive to better themselves everyday. Thank you.

A long awaited session with Noel . Grateful to be able to surround myself with someone as humble, positive, & creative as himself. Was a pleasure being able to see Ryse HQ & gym before getting a good workout in & chatting along the way. The industry needs more people like this!

This session was powered by the hypertrophy app which finally dropped today!

5 years apart. Full circle. 🙏🏻⭕️

Flex and I first met back in 2018 at the Toronto Pro Expo when it was truthfully the start of my fitness journey; encapsulating social media, soccer/football & bodybuilding, all together for about 5 years before leaving my competitive passion for soccer/football behind to pursue every endeavour in the fitness realm that I had dreamed of.

When we first met I was just some random 15 year old kid. Flex and I talked for 10-15 minutes when he was already bombarded by a lengthy line of fans and followers of his, that I’m sure were searching for a similar genuine conversation (and likely got it). He gave me his time of day, treated me with the same respect he’d have for any other accomplished bodybuilder, and never made me feel less than.

Fast forward 5 years later, we finally had the long awaited opportunity to train & podcast together, which I’m extremely grateful for. These are the moments I live for and have extreme gratitude for.

In my mind, I’m still the same 15 year old kid I was in the first photo. Same passion for training, learning, & surrounding myself with likeminded people. I’m blessed to have a family that supports me, & a following of people who share the same passions that I do. Cheers to another 5 years of experiences like these. 🙏🏻❤️
