نظرآ لمقتضيات مصلحة الوطن والحفاظ على مكتسبات بسط الامن وفرض هيبة القانون راجين من سيادتكم ان يكون اسناد المناصب للضباط على اساس الكفاءه والنزاهه والاخلاص وان يكون سيفي الضابط خالي من المجالس التحقيقية وان لا يكون مؤشر بحقة تهم فساد او تلاعب بالمال العام ولاحظنا مؤخرآ اسناد مناصب لغير مستحقيها مما يؤثر سلبآ على عملكم والانجازات المتحققة املين منكم اعادة النظر والتدقيق بملف كل ضابط قبل ان يتم اسنادة المنصب حرصآ على امن وسيادة المحافظة والله ولي التوفيق

We have recently noticed that positions have been assigned to those who do not deserve them, which negatively affects your work and the achievements made. We hope that you will reconsider and scrutinize the file of each officer before the position is assigned, in order to ensure the security and sovereignty of the province.
