الكمارك ... تفتتح مركز عمليات الكمارك بحضور مستشار رئيس الوزراء وخبراء دوليين .

افتتحت الهيئة العامة للكمارك مركز عمليات الكمارك الجديد وذلك برعاية رئيس مجلس الوزراء محمد شياع السوداني وبمتابعة مباشرة من وزير المالية طيف سامي وبحضور مستشار رئيس الوزراء لشؤون المنافذ والكمارك والنقل الفريق سامي السوداني وبأشراف ميداني من مدير عام الهيئة الدكتور ثامر قاسم داود .
وشهد حفل الافتتاح حضور خبراء من المنظمة الدولية GIZ وممثلين عن الاتحاد الأوروبي وهما كل من :-
اكسل كلابهاكا - المدير القطري للوكالة الالمانية للتعاون الدولي GIZ
ادم جونسون- القائم بالأعمال للاتحاد الاوربي
سارة موكري - مدير البرامج للاتحاد الاوربي
توبياس لانج - معاون مدير المشروع، الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي
مصطفى التميمي، مستشار فني ، الوكالة الالمانية للتعاون الدولي
الذين أشادوا بمستوى التطور التقني الذي وصلت أليه الهيئة مؤكدين أن هذه الخطوة تمثل نقلة نوعية في أدارة العمليات الكمركية وتعكس التزام العراق بتطبيق المعايير الدولية في تسهيل التجارة وتعزيز الرقابة.
ويُعد المركز منصة مركزية متطورة لأدارة الأجراءات الكمركية في جميع المديريات والمراكز الكمركية التابعة للهيئة بما يسهم في توحيد العمليات وتحسين كفاءة الأداء وتطبيق أحدث الأنظمة الرقمية في العمل الكمركي.
وخلال جولته في المركز أعرب مستشار رئيس الوزراء عن أعجابه بما حققته الهيئة من أنجازات متتالية في مجال التحول الرقمي مشيدا بالجهود المبذولة لمواكبة التطورات العالمية في الأدارة والتقنيات الحديثة بما يعزز مكانة العراق في مؤشرات الأداء الحكومي والخدمات الألكترونية.

Customs Opens New Operations Center with Presence of Prime Minister’s Advisor and International Experts
The General Customs Authority inaugurated its new Customs Operations Center under the patronage of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’ Al-Sudani and with direct supervision from Minister of Finance Taif Sami, in the presence of the Prime Minister’s Advisor for Ports, Customs, and Transport Sami Al-Sudani, and under the field supervision of the Director General of the Authority, Dr. Thamer Qasim Dawood.
The opening ceremony was attended by international experts from GIZ and representatives of the European Union, including:
Axel Klabhaka – Country Director, German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ)
Adam Johnson – Chargé d’Affaires, European Union
Sarah Mokri – Program Director, European Union
Tobias Lang – Deputy Project Director, German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ)
Mustafa Al-Tamimi – Technical Advisor, German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ)
They praised the advanced technological development achieved by the Authority, emphasizing that this step represents a qualitative leap in the management of customs operations and reflects Iraq’s commitment to applying international standards in facilitating trade and enhancing regulatory oversight.
The center serves as a sophisticated central platform for managing customs procedures across all directorates under the Authority. It contributes to standardizing operations, improving performance efficiency, and implementing the latest digital systems in customs work.
During his tour at the head quarter, the Prime Minister’s Advisor expressed his admiration for the continuous achievements made by the Authority in digital transformation, commending the efforts to keep pace with global developments in management and modern technologies, thereby enhancing Iraq’s position in governmental performance indicators and e-services.
