Just wrapped up our weekly strategy call, and it was a good reminder that building products is never just about writing code or shipping features.
In one session, we aligned a fully distributed team across content, growth, design, and engineering. On the content side, we’re tightening YouTube consistency and increasing output. On the growth side, live ads are already driving installs and early leads. We also onboarded a new UGC creator who’s moving fast and delivering strong results in her first week.
On the product side, Powermate is making real progress. Milestone 2 is nearly complete, with the app heading to TestFlight and App Store submission next. There’s still refinement to do in UX, data visualization, and flow, but the foundation is there and moving quickly. The goal is clear: a stable, live new app ahead of the Christmas push.
What stands out most is how connected everything is. Content creates demand. Demand brings conversations. Conversations shape the product. And none of it works unless design, engineering, and marketing move together.
