The Lost Wallet

One evening, Ali was walking home after work. On the quiet street, he noticed a small wallet lying near the sidewalk. He picked it up and opened it. Inside, there was some cash, an ID card, and a few old photographs.

Ali thought for a moment. He was tired and hungry, but he decided to find the owner. Using the address on the ID card, he walked a little further until he reached a small house. He knocked on the door, and an old man answered.

The old man’s eyes filled with tears when he saw the wallet. “I thought it was gone forever,” he said with a trembling voice. “These photos are the only memories of my late wife.”

Ali smiled gently. “I’m glad I could return it.”

The old man blessed him and invited him in for tea. Ali left the house later with a warm heart, knowing that sometimes, the smallest good deeds bring the greatest happiness.
