Much of this has been because of the new breed of club and party people who have taken risks and brought over from overseas very cool underrated and forward thinking producers and DJ’s to play at their parties. This has influenced a new generation of likeminded musical factions and cliques in Vienna who are now producing passionate and quality beats too. One such label is Luv Shack Records and apart from organising some of the cities best parties, they now see fit to express themselves through the medium of vinyl and digital downloads with a roster of local talent.

"After 12 years serving up deep, disco-tinged house goodies, Space Echo (AKA Luv Shack Records founder Lee Stevens and fellow Austrian producer Christophe Abele) have decided to deliver a retrospective. The appropriately titled 'Rewind' EP rounds up the best of their work to date, flitting between the Clavinet-heavy peak-time infectiousness of 'Soul Power', the warming shuffle of 'Party Together' (a particularly classy example of their heady trademark sound), the fizzing, intergalactic nu-disco-goes-house squelch of 'Come Back Home', the acid bass-propelled, horn-toting eccentricity of 'Rainbow Power', the constantly rising breathlessness of 'Got It', and the sample-rich dancefloor dustiness of closing cut 'Go Down'."
