Declutter your digital space. You know how good it feels to clean out a closet or tidy up a room. The same goes for your social media. If you're following accounts that don't inspire you or bring you joy, it's time to let them go. And yes, even this one. My ultimate goal is to get you out of here. I create these posts and then automate them in batches so I don't spend time on social media. But I want to reach out to you, the creative soul stuck to the scroll, because I believe that you are meant to do so much more!
It’s easy to get caught in the trap of following too many people, but that just adds to the noise. Try unfollowing the ones that don't resonate anymore. You’ll be surprised at how much lighter it feels when your feed is filled with things that truly matter to you. So, take a few minutes to declutter your digital space. You deserve a feed that lifts you up.

Social media fast. It might sound a bit intense, but trust me, it's worth it. Imagine going a whole week without scrolling—no endless feeds, no constant notifications. It can feel like a big change at first, but you'll be amazed at the freedom that comes with it. Instead of spending hours online, what could you do with that time? Read a book, take a long walk, or catch up with a friend in person. This is your challenge: give yourself a break from social media for a week and see how it feels. You might find that you're more focused, more relaxed, and even more creative. Your mind will thank you!

Disconnect to connect. What does it really mean? For me, it's about taking a break from the constant buzz of the online world and reconnecting with the things that matter. Like spending time with family, revisiting an old hobby, or just having some quiet time to think about my dreams and goals. When we step away from the screen, we can truly connect—with ourselves and with the people we care about. So, how about a little digital break? Let's make time for the things that make us feel whole.

Mindful moments. They’re those times when you slow down and really tune in to what’s happening around you. It’s easy to get lost in scrolling, but what if you replaced that habit with journaling instead? Taking a few minutes to write down your thoughts, your dreams, or just what you’re grateful for can make a big difference. It’s about reflecting, not just reacting. So, let’s put the phone down, grab a notebook, and see where our minds take us. You might be surprised at what you find when you give yourself a little space to think.

Nature awaits. Sounds nice, doesn't it? We spend so much time glued to our screens that we forget there's a whole world out there, full of beauty and inspiration. If you're feeling stuck or drained, maybe it's time to swap those screens for some green scenes. Take a walk, breathe in the fresh air, listen to the birds, and just be. Nature has a way of sparking creativity and helping us reconnect with what's real. So, what do you say? Let's step outside and see what inspiration awaits.

Digital detox. It's not just a trend; it's a way to reclaim our mornings (and evenings!). We all know that feeling of waking up and reaching for our phones—checking messages, scrolling through social media, and getting pulled into a digital whirlwind before we even have our coffee.
But what if we started our day differently? What if we chose meditation instead of media? A few minutes of silence, a few deep breaths, and a focus on the present can change the whole tone of your day.
So, how about we try it? Leave the phone aside for a while, and let’s give ourselves the calm start we deserve.

Create more, consume less. It’s a straightforward idea, but think about how often we get caught up in endless content streams.
Social media has a way of pulling us in, but our best work? It happens offline when we’re fully present.
It’s time to flip the script. Instead of consuming, let’s start creating. Write, paint, build, or just daydream. Whatever it is, do more of it. You might be surprised at how much your creativity flourishes when you’re not glued to a screen. So, let’s spend less time scrolling and more time doing what we love. Trust me, it’s worth it.

In this episode of the Clutter-free Mind Show, I'm taking a trip down memory lane to 2020, a year filled with challenges and triumphs. I open up about the balancing act of running my own business while parenting two children.

I also talk about launching a crowdfunding campaign, which was a wild ride marked by moments of doubt and exhaustion. But through it all, I discovered the power of perseverance and the importance of having a strong "why." And let me tell you, hitting burnout was like hitting a brick wall. It took me months to recover, and shortly after that time, I stumbled upon the teachings of James Wedmore.

James became my guiding light, showing me a new path forward in my business journey. With his mentorship, I've not only found my niche but also reignited my passion for entrepreneurship. So stick around until the end of the episode because I've got some exciting news to share that could be a game-changer for your own business journey!

Also, here's a link to the course I mention in the episode, Your First 100 Leads by James Wedmore: https://www.jameswedmoretraining.com/a/2147507249/f6jmEZdn

Does anyone else ever feel like they're unconsciously giving their family the silent treatment, phone in hand? ‍Be present. It sounds so simple, doesn't it? Yet, here we are, often more tuned into the lives of others than those of our own family. It's easy to forget that those little moments at home matter more than any 'like' or comment ever could. So, here's a thought: let's try to put our phones down a bit more today. Let's listen, laugh, and maybe even learn something new from the people right in front of us. Your family doesn't need you to be perfect; they need you to be there. And honestly? That sounds like a pretty beautiful way to spend the day. So, no need to tell me what you think in the comments. Instead, go tell your loved ones.

Have you ever got sucked into the social media vortex? It feels like hours disappear just scrolling. We need to remind ourselves that life happens outside the phone, too! Let's get out there and make some real memories, not just watch other people's. Are you up for an adventure? ️
