HOW CAN WE STAY HEALTHY IN 2026 ?
1. Start your morning with a glass of warm water with lemon.
2. Walk 10k steps daily. Can go for morning walk, or for some sports.
3. Skip dinner, Take your last meal of the day before 6pm.
4. Add more protein to your diet. Keeps you full for longer time and help in gaining muscles.
5. Add fruits and veggies to your diet. Remember, an apple a day Keeps the doctor away.
6. Exercise at least 5 times a week, be it going gym, home workout, or simply stretching .
7. Avoid sugar and junk food. Eat till you're 80% full.
