How many beads are on a traditional rosary?

The traditional Buddhist rosary, called ‘mala’, has 108 even-sized beads.
It is used for mantra recitation.
These beads are said to represent humanity's mortal desires, and often ends in a tassel or amulet.

The Roman Catholics use a traditional rosary made up of 59 beads.
The 6 large beads are used for praying the “Our Father” prayer, and the 53 smaller beads are used for praying the “Hail Mary” prayer.
Praying with this rosary is also a practice of meditation, as effective as any other meditation.

The ANKH is one of the most sacred symbols of ancient Egypt, also known as the "Egyptian cross", "cross of life" or "key of life".

It is a cross with a teardrop-shaped loop in the place of the vertical upper bar, sometimes adorned with decorations, but most often it’s a simple golden cross. This symbol is an Egyptian hieroglyph for "life" or "vital breath".

The ankh was one of the most common decorative motifs and was also used decoratively by neighbouring cultures.
