📍Civita di Bagnoregio, Italy 🇮🇹

Civita di Bagnoregio is a little village made of tuff and very friable rock, located about 120 km north of Rome. It is connected to the rest of the world with a bridge because the streams surrounding the valley are slowly eroding the rocks. Today this is a ghost town, destined to disappear; only owners of restaurants and little shops live there. For this reason, it is called “the dying city”.

Hello world, here we are again! It’s a long time since we haven’t posted anything, but as we wrote in our first post, our blog is just a way to share our experiences with you, not a real job, unfortunately…not yet! While our real jobs kept us pretty busy, we have also tried to study for a new layout for our profile, but most important….we have already planned two big trips for this year. The first one is coming in less than a month, so keep following us to find out where we’ll go ✈️🌏🎒🧳

📍 Budapest, Hungary

The Parliament of Budapest is a symbol of this city all over the world. It is the seat of the National Assembly of Hungary and it is located in Pest, on the eastern side of the Danube river 🇭🇺

It was built between 1884 and 1902; it has 691 rooms, and with its 268 m in length and 118 m in width is one of the largest Parliament in the world.

📍 Palácio Nacional da Pena, Portugal

Palácio Nacional da Pena is a stunning castle located in Sintra, near Lisbon. Among the many palaces in this little village, this is one of the most peculiar for sure!🏰

It's similar to a fairy-tale castle, made of different styles and with bright colors. However, the best part is the breathtaking view of the mountains and the ocean all around.

📍Sciabica, Italy

This stunning little corner of paradise is located in the Cilento National Park, in the Campania region. It’s a very small stone beach soaked by a crystal clear sea 🌊

If you want to relax, this is where you should go! It’s not that easy to reach, so it’s always a quite calm place 💆🏻‍♀️

It’s definitely one of the most beautiful seaside place we’ve been to!!

📍Lake Braies, Bolzen, Italy

This lake, with turquoise-green water, is the largest in the Dolomites. It is located in the Fanes Senes Braies Natural Park, in the middle of the majestic mountains of the Dolomites. 🏞

This picture is taken during summer, when it’s possible to do many activities in the surrounding nature and in the lake, for example, paddling a rowboat 🛶 (but not during winter because the lake freezes and is covered with snow). However, remember that this lake is not swimmable!

📍Saslonch (Sassolungo), Dolomites, Italy

With its 3,181 m., the Saslonch is the highest mountain of the Lankofel Group, in the Dolomites, located in the region of Trentino-Alto Adige (Italy) ⛰

According to a legend, this rock is the grave of a giant, punished by his peers for having robbed humans and blamed animals. The pinnacles represent the five fingers of the giant.

Hello world 🌍👋🏻

👫🏻 We’d like to introduce ourselves: we are a couple, currently based in Italy. We have many things in common, starting from our zodiacal sign (Aquarius ♒️) from which we took inspiration for our name. Beside that, we share many other hobbies, including exploring the world is what makes us happier. We do it whenever possible, when our jobs allow us.

We’ll try to be as hidden as possible in our posts, at least in the beginning, since we want you to enjoy our travels, pics and beautiful places we have visited and will visit in the future.
