Following the path established by its first chapter, Obscura Trax — 002 continues to explore forward-thinking electronic music through a selection of artists who share a passion for movement, experimentation, and powerful sound design.

The new release features contributions from Juanito State, Futuristant + Berny, Bisolar, Arvenn, and Nathan Late, each delivering a unique interpretation of the label’s sonic landscape, from hypnotic grooves and driving rhythms to deeper, more atmospheric techno expressions.

The title track develops through a steady build of interlocking elements. Rhythmic patterns remain firm while textures shift and reconfigure, creating a sense of progression that avoids obvious peaks or breakdowns. The energy is sustained, but never overstated.
With Dance Again, the focus turns to immediacy. A solid groove drives the track forward, while small changes in timing and structure introduce variation beneath the surface. The result is direct, but not rigid, maintaining a constant sense of motion.
Across both tracks, the approach is intentional. Each sound is placed with care, leaving no room for excess while preserving depth and character. The EP reflects a balance between control and momentum, with a clear emphasis on function within a club context.
