You left just when it was just a peak for a rainy shower from your children’s d your siblings. We all grew up knowing you as a peaceful Man and most humbleed man.
Man of the People, Although with circumstances we cannot question God. In the next Life , you will continue to be my Biological FATHER. It’s seem like yesterday with so many Things to hold on to, you are a legend.
Dad I remembered how many times we tried to convince you about travelling
Dad said No and No. even when you fell sick we thought it was an opportunity to move you.Side part only us your children,
your younger siblings and your late parents knew that no one knew is, when you said NO is No. people only knew the YES side of you, which I now understand you had all your life ( PEOPLE PLEASING ISSUES) that was why they treated you in majority cases as though you were nobody, we couldn’t do anything,
I was told how your late Brother, uncle a sunny and Uncle Tobe had to take up with people who tried to humiliate you,
your children who are now men and woman were still toddlers.
Dad On hearing about our plans to move you from hospital to Lagos, you reacted on your sick hospital bed in Issele Uku trying to throw yourself down from hospital bed even though unconscious,
You Refused to cross out from your Father land, We begged you to visit Obodo Ocha you said NO.
We planned with then now late doctor whom you were under his care to keep you stabilised to move you to Lagos,
we had started plans with documentations to fly you over here even in coma since you refused travelling,
Just as my elder brother IK and our last born osita who had traveled to Issele Uku to pick you, The next day which was planned to move you,
7/4/2018 YOU TOOK YOUR BREATH. Dad you steaked to staying in your home town.
Questions I have till date and hope that some day, I will get answer. WHY YOU REFUSED to leave even as holidays and medical treatment as you became unconscious.
Blessed memory of your late younger Brother uncle Sunny Oduh, we told him about your health issues and our plan to take you to asaba since you refused Lagos and OBODO OYIBO. He called you from Iceland and pleaded with you,
you said ok.Your first Son IK traveled down to take you after you agreed with your late brother to go. On arriving to Issele Uku. Dad you changed your mind. We managed to get you medications and kept you under the doctor since you refused travelling to Asaba for adequate treatment until you eventually took your last breath same day 7/4/2018 we tried moving you.
You taught us morals, Respect, you will always say in Dialect, don’t look for trouble, don’t steal from anyone, Respect elders, Help the need when you can, work hard, Pray Hard, Don’t do evil, make sure you care for your mother and stay connected to the root.Well, your music passion now runs in all of your grandchildren. We are all surprised till date how your grandchildren all of them, some dancers, singers, instrumentals ecc.
