A Digital Memorial
Sometimes a single photo brings back a flood of memories.

This image shows the very first densitometer developed by Barbieri more than 40 years ago, engineered with passion, and still in use today.

We were particularly touched to see it shared in an Instagram Story by a photographer from South Tyrol and still in use.

It’s a reminder of where we started – and of our founder, Siegfried Barbieri, whose vision laid the foundation for our work and who sadly passed away in 2025.

We’re grateful for this unexpected moment of connection.
